No literally, he really does have the ability to freeze anything with his power over the ice element. Sesal prefers wearing fine clothing, defaulting to a silken black and red mandarin jumpsuit complete with rich leather boots and gloves. Adorning his face are a pair of platinum-framed glasses to hide his icy-black eyes from nosy onlookers. Though he may wear delicate clothes, he is certainly not afraid to get his perfectly manicured hands dirty and get the job done himself. He is also a sadist/masochist, and one should hope he's in a satisfied mood for this reason alone.
