Kamaria Saaru

Knowledge of Kamaria's life before slavery is relatively unknown. However, it is clear that she comes from a distant land, as evident by accent, mannerisms, and abilities. She was mostly feral when captured, and over her five years as a slave, she has become somewhat more civilized. She speaks fluent Afrikaans, though has learned much of the Common language. She has had basic slave training, though very little seems to have stuck.

In Kamaria's land, she is known as a Lui (Loo-I) , a creature with the ability to shift between anthropomorphic and feral forms.. In her 18th year, shortly after being brought into slavery, she began to change form into a feral snow leopard. This change occurs on every full moon. It can also happen if her emotions get too out of control. If one can conquer the inner beast, they can change at will. But she never had the chance to learn, before her village was taken over and much of her family became slaves. The first two years, she was around some of them, but over time, everyone was bought and taken away, or died..

After some time in the Tether, Kamaria was finally bought. She was getting regular training.. But something happened to her owner. She isn't totally sure what happened: Whether he just decided to sell her back to the Tether or if she did something unspeakable to him. If provoked, she may get very emotional about the matter. Her greatest fear is that while in a feral state of mind in her other form, she could have hurt him. It is uncertain whether she will ever learn the truth or not..
