Personality: Resting bitch face, dominant, prideful, strong, tough as nails and no nonsense. A bit of a nosey little rebel and a troublemaker. Smartass, with the wit to back it. Distant, sarcastic. But, she sees opportunities to learn from just about everything around her. Protective, fiercely loyal to those she deems worthy. Sarcastic and snarky, she can't stand serious, squishy romantic bullshit.
Quirks: Is afraid of doves, and sees them as a bad omen. If Tali comes across a dove, she will cease whatever she is doing and go directly home.

She's not going to go around doing good deeds and trying to crawl her way back into heaven. She's perfectly happy here. This doesn't make her an 'evil' character by definition. But, she is CHAOS..watching chaos amuses her greatly. School shootings, church burning, acts of terrorism.. These all more than likely bring a big smile on her face. She's actually a big fan of serial killers, and serial killer documentaries. If you ask Atalia "what color booties did Jim Jones come home from the hospital in.." Rest assured, she'll know and then look at you like an idiot for even asking. This is partly why she has chosen a career as a paramedic. All of that chaotic energy..and she's always the first to get to it. Oh, joy.She doesn't pine for heaven and lament her time on earth. Talia rebels against her past. Earth is fucking awesome! If anything, she's attracted to the darkness and evil in the world like a moth to a flame. It's new, and it's exciting. But, to those with a supernatural nose on them, her blood can hold a scent that exudes her body, something of cleanliness, of light and maybe even a slight tinge of ozone. Wicked, and ensnared in darkness as she may be, the blood in her is still pure as undriven snow. Of all things, her favorite pleasure, the best treat to her is human energy. Chaos, discord, panic, anything that boasts trauma makes her little heart the happiest. But, it's not the only thing that can cause a smile from her.
On the flip? She loves (as much as she hates to admit) more than just the chaos of being an EMT. She loves mankind to a fault, that seeing those with such already short lives in danger makes her want all the more to help. Atalia has a weak spot for those who cannot take care of themselves. Rough exterior be damned, the only white spots in her dusky wings are because she has the heart of a healer.
A history will go here. TL;DR, Talia was the second power to fall. She fell hard, a very very long time ago and has watched mankind grow for eons.
x Flight Atalia has wings, and it is quite painful for her to reveal them, as they burst forth from her skin. But, they go back in fairly easily and leave scars in their wake. They are made from feather and bone, the span is about five feet. Slowly, dependent upon feeding status, the feathers are tinging greyish black at their tops..she looks a little like a pigeon and jokes about it constantly, If the energy she's feeding on is 'good' they will be white entirely.
x Energies She can feed upon certain types of energy, and tends to get a little bit of a mood boost from it. Different energies tend to give different effects, and some she cannot feed on at all. Chaos, by far is a favorite because it's a stimulant, it's entertaining, and it pleases the intellect in her to watch things erupt in some sick way. 'good' energies, love, joy..etc tend to make her sick because of her primary diet. They are still used, but cause nausea, exhaustion, and anxiety..they also have a nasty way of stirring that PTSD. Wrath, Lust, Anger, Greed..mmm.
x Has a resistance to light based attacks.
x Dawnlight Can summon a sort of white hot light to the tips of her fingers, designed to keep dark creatures at bay, but this power is beginning to fade with time. So, it has limited distance unless she's fed recently. Can be used to incapacitate dark creatures, or just knock them on their ass. (Diceroll) Neutral creatures, or light creatures might experience something akin to a sunburn and a pushing force stronger than heavy wind.
