History
NISHA. A woman whose history is a tarnished in blood as it is unfortunate. She was born in 1910, New Delhi, India, with her biological mother stoned to death in the shame after having her out of wedlock. The child was raised then by an alcoholic step-mother and abusive father who never really gave a fuck about her. Trapped with in this dysfunctional family with her was three siblings; an older brother who often took the brunt of their parents abuse to try save his three sisters from needless punishment. Unfortunately, he was killed at twenty against a local gang-- leaving Nisha to fill the role of her parents punching bag as their second eldest.
With her father falling further into debt and her mother drinking what little income they had away? Nisha did what she had to feed herself and her two sisters; a scrawny pre-teen able to slip in and out of places easily stealing. One day when she got delayed returning home? She returned to find her younger sister dead-- barely two and unable to defend herself from their mother's drunken rage. Her other sister, barely seven was still curled around the cooling corpse crying-- and Nisha was unable to stop the rage that filled her. She doesn't remember to this day what happened. She only has the memory of blood dripping from her jaws and the humming POWER under her skin as she left the broken home far behind her and escaped with her sister.
Thus began the dark and gritty life of one Kadam, who would come to dredge through the bowels of the world. She traveled many places, and made a name for herself as both mercenary, convict, and bounty hunter. The later, however, would earn her the token ‘Lawbringer’ title. As if this was some tarnished crown to wear upon her head. Her sister never far from her side, and smeared with the blood of their victories. They had become quite adept at crawling into trouble, and ending up on top.
Their travels would eventually take her to America as a hunter, prime and ripe with targets and bounties for the killing.
