Watchful, precocious, careful, alert; Fidelitis carries himself like your typical street urchin, preferring to keep his head down and his ears perked. He appears entirely unremarkable at first glance, flitting from place to place with a brisk, unassuming gait, a hunched posture that serves to shrink his already small stature, and a mop of grimy hair perpetually cloaking his face. Clearly, this is a young man who prefers to disappear into the background.

When he does eventually raise his head to look an interlocutor in the eye, however, his gaze is bold and keen. He speaks in the vulgar drawl typical of urchins, quick and enthusiastic, with unusual syntax and little regard for 'highborn' grammar. Once he starts chatting with someone, he's apt to talk his head off if they let him.

Like anyone with something to prove, Fidelitis is diligent in his work, and -- while not necessarily a perfectionist -- takes pride in his creations.

Fiddle enjoys knowing more than he lets on. He also enjoys being alive, usually accomplished by letting the bigger, "braver" folk jump into the fray while he observes from afar. Not to say that he's a coward, or won't stick his neck out for his pals -- he's loyal when he needs to be. Chatty and jovial in friendly company, Fidelitis is a good friend to have at your back, as long as you don't mind him always being at your back.
