  Background
  Jules hails from the gritty landscape of Muelson City, an overpopulated, under-supervised town with a high crime rate. Born and raised in the slimey landscape his parents both work hard to maintain the small townhouse they rented just outside of the city's maw of scum and villainy: his father is a manager for Dashalot Delivery Service, his mother an up-and-coming jack of all trades critic appearing in numerous magazines for her reviews. Life has been steady for the young McHanon up until he graduated from middle school. Between witnessing armed robberies to seeing the brutal bullying of many of his classmates, Jules realized that in order to survive in this grizzly town of less-than-morale doings, he'd have to rely on sharp wits and a cunning streak of thought to avoid ending up in the same situations as others. One thing passed down from his family's lines of work is the ability to network. Hobos, store owners, classmates, drug dealers....Jules has a very light hand in it all and has developed quite an array of contacts over the years. "Knowing what part of the deal they want makes it far easier for your part to be more rewarding". In time Jules treated these relationships like a collection, always knowing he could never know every kind of person but enjoying the challenge of trying to keep the variety expanding on a near daily basis. If a stranger seems interesting enough or he hears the right words, the young man won't hesitate to weasel himself into a possible new bond. Anticipation for betrayal and keeping strong ties powerful has allowed Jules to make a name for himself in many departments both good and bad. Rivalries, alliances, deals....it's all a conversation or two away from him, and knowing this keeps him on his toes: just the way he likes to live. Who knows? Having the right people on call just might pay off.
  
  Personality
  Given his influences in the past, Julius is not one to take on friends, let alone acquaintances, at a moment's notice. Only when they display a sort of interesting attribute or suit his fancy for the moment will he engage a new individual. Growing up with an environment that thrives on control on multiple scales, it's almost always HIM that engages first, not the opposite. If approached he'll show disinterest through sarcasm and lies but on a rare occasion (typically, someone saying they 'know him' from someone else) he may respond in a more positive fashion. Jules reflects a sense of care for those he's familiar with but nothing too extreme for him to pursue on his own. Depending on the person's value Jules may shrug off an acquaintance in danger or risk his own well being to protect them. Each person seems to get a different side of this gentleman as he molds his actions and words to suit the person he speaks to. Jules usually becomes aggravated or hostile when someone attempts to take control of a situation already in his hands or if he convinces himself of his inabilities in such. Many could categorize Jules as having a carefree air about him. He holds his family with a high regard as they taught him the ins and outs of socializing and keeping your friends close along with your enemies due to their shifting job requirements. Unless you want a visit from one of Jules' 'friends', it'd be best to hold your tongue when opposing his family name. Even when not in his presence, you never know exactly where his grapevine grows.
