A setting with a fictional disease or curse known as hanahaki by which the victim of unrequited coughs up flower petals. In severe cases, a manifestation of flowers will slowly overtake the victim's body. It ends when the beloved returns their romantic feelings or when the victim dies. It can be cured through removal, but when the infection is removed, the victim's romantic feelings for their love will also disappear.

Isekai. Another World. or the Fish Out of Water trope, preferably with your character as the one who's been "isekai'd". I'd just enjoy the aspect of the MC going after the Villain whether from being a Villain Lover or trying to "save the future" by making sure the Villain doesn't become a Villain. Alternatively, I'm fine to play Viorel as the isekai character if that's preferred.

Whether isekai, magic, or by some circumstance for whatever reason, I really enjoy when a female character becomes male or takes on a male identity and no one is the wiser. Even as your character continues or subconsciously retains feminine habits (manner of speak, clothes, friendliness, etc), people at best just find your character to be odd, particular, or even a bit scandalous. That said, it does not matter to me of the canon or default gender of your character, so as long as they are socially played as or are a male. Crossdressing, reincarnation, magic - whichever is the case means results in different fun and conflicts!

A two-faced pessimist, Viorel is admittedly and purposely a slackoff. Seeing no perceivable future with a good end, he finds little point in behaving well if people already believe he's bad. With fatalistic humour and a mean glare, Viorel believes he cannot be rejected by other people if he rejects them first.

Due to his origins and father, Viorel developt a misanthropic and uncertain view of himself by which he hates humans and demons alike. Conflicted by his birth and race, he holds a begrudging attitude towards his stepfather and half-siblings due to an aggressive inferiority complex. To compensate his insecurities, Viorel developt a self-deprecating superiority complex.

ʰⁱˢᵗʳⁱᵒⁿⁱᶜ

Due to his upbringing, Viorel developt histrionic personality disorder. Ostracized for his origins, Viorel's constant desire for recognition, praise, and most especially affection evolved into an obsessive need for attention. Good, bad - it doesn't matter to Viorel as long as he has someone's fixed attention on him - and he'll do anything and go through any lengths to keep it.

A person who initially tries to kill someone but switches sides after falling in love. This type of character expresses yandere traits, attacking anyone in the name of love, but even with an obsessive and possessive tendencies, they wouldn't attack or hurt the object of their affections. A mayadere Viorel is quite perfect.

Although he is the Queen Saintess' first child, he is only the stepson to the Hero King. Moreover, he is still the son of the Demon Lord. To suggest that Viorel is the prince to anything is arguably heretical to humanity. Supposedly.

Viorel has many half-siblings, some he does know, and others not. Being the first born of his mother, Viorel naturally knows all his younger siblings born to his mother and stepfather. Au contraire, Viorel is but just one of the many off spring the Demon Lord sired during his reign, with Viorel being of the younger bunch. The siblings he has on his father’s side, he's had little contact with them. The relationship he has with any sibling is not the best...

ᵐᵃᶜᵃᵇʳᵉ ᶜᵒˡˡᵉᶜᵗᵒʳ

Viorel collects dead plants and animals. In fact, he's often the cause of their deaths. They often die due to the poisons he feeds them - poison that is usually in his foods and drinks. Poisons don't effect demons, but because he's half-human, Viorel is also vulnerable to them by some extent. At best, he may get sick, at worse, may die. Still, he adores his collection and why it grows. To him, it means receiving attention, even if it's aimed for taking his life.

I am not my character so do not treat IC relationships to be be same as OOC relationships. I like to be friendly to my RP partners, but I don't like when someone is being overly affectionate to me. I cannot promise I can return that same gusto.
Additionally, what I roleplay is purely fiction. I am fine with harsher, dark, or unconventional themes in roleplay, but that doesn't mean I approve or romanticize such in actuality!
Fair warning, Viorel can step into a toxic mindset if not display abusive behaviour, but that doesn't mean I condone such behaviour! I just find it interesting to dive into the behaviours and think way a person could turn out or act in such a way.
