  Relationship He adored her and believe she walked on water. He misses her deeply. He'll always be a momma's boy. Damian's always had mixed feelings about the man. He'll never fully understand who the man was. Desmond is the one person Damian's ashamed of. He's useless as a man, brother, son and as a father. This guy is the person Damian trusts most. They're childhood friends, teenage lovers, etc. Andrew's family. Bethany is Desmond's two-year-old daughter. She's taken to Damian well and he adored her from day one. He was once Damian's co-commander. While also no longer active duty, they'll always be brothers-in-arms.

  
  Family is the one thing Damian values above all others. With his parents gone and the ever-strained relationship with his brother getting worse as the years go by, his closest, most trusted friends have become his familial unit. He is fiercely protective of his family, and usually very forgiving—within reason.

  To Act

  Damian is an overall nice guy—the boy next door, the good son, the obedient soldier. He thrives on doing the right thing, even when it fails to benefit him in anyway. His bouts of selfishness are selective, and he is much more likely to make a small sacrifice than allow someone to suffer. While most people would believe his good nature to be a good thing, it has gotten him into some trouble in the past. With almost anyone, Damian is quick to be kind and welcoming. He can strike up a conversation with most individuals and is a true-born people person. Despite being quick to turn friendly, he does keep his guard up around strangers. He is a very nice man but not typically quick to trust. Of course, there's always exceptions to any rule. Anyone that knows Damian well will see the flaws in him. The sweet, over-protective, big brother persona he has is cracked at the foundation. Beneath all his charm is a lot of self-doubt, anxiety, and hints of paranoia.

  
  
  

  To Feel

  Damian's father was strict and his mother moderately spiritual and an advocate for religion. He was raised in what appeared to be a close-knit Christian household. However, the faith he clung to tightly as a child has since been shaken at the core. While some part of him would like to regain the feeling of security that came with devout faith, Damian struggles to reconnect with Christianity or any other religion at present. Despite this, he would still consider himself to be a firm believer.

  To Suffer

  Damian suffers from a moderate case of PTSD. This is a result of his time served in the armed forces. This is something he struggles with and would prefer to be in denial about.

  Another unwanted effect of his service time is an increased level of anxiety. This goes hand-in-hand with his PTSD, and contributes to a mild bout of what he calls insomnia, but it's really just restlessness.

  Damian has also fallen victim to frequent nightmares and even night terrors. Because of this, the ex-soldier will often try his best to avoid going to sleep or returning to it after a violent self-awakening.

  Strengths

  • Can reach speeds of around 78mph • Immortal but susceptible to fatal injuries • Heightened senses: sight, smell and hearing

  • Unparalleled strength--imagine being tackled by an large dog-sized semi truck • Regeneration; breaks can take a couple of weeks to heal, but small or superficial wounds heal almost instantly • Hyper reflexes; this is a skill carried over from alterations made to him when he was just human

  
  Weaknesses

  • Silver (in any form) To Damian, silver is both corrosive and poisonous in all of its forms. A small, liquified splatter can burn through skin (and bone if it's not seen to hastily enough). Directly ingesting silver or having it injected into his body or bloodstream will kill him. Minor and brief direct contact with the metal will leave burn marks that will be slow to heal. Aside from that, contact with silver stings. • Decapitation Having his head removed from his body could potentially kill him, so long as his head is buried in hallowed ground. In the event his head is cut off and set on fire, any remains would still need to be settled in hallowed ground for a true death to take effect. • Full Moon Damian barely has any control over himself in his wolf form, so he is most certainly unable to ignore the urge to transform on a full moon. Any attempts to fight the transformation will only make the experience more painful than it already is. During the week prior to the change, Damian will be antsy, aggressive, and possess a greatly increased libido. The week following the full moon will leave him in a weakened, sluggish state, in which he is much more affectionate than normal.

  
  Damian is a new, fairly uncultured werewolf. He is still struggling to maintain any semblance of control. Right now, it is a battle he is losing. With time, that will hopefully change. Damian is quick to attack unless restrained. However, those with scents glaringly familiar to the part of his mind that still retains some human thought while in wolf form might cause him to hesitate before he attacks.

  Damian has a few different sets of dog tags from his days in the service. The set he keeps put away has his name, social security number, blood type (he's AB positive), and his religious preference is still listed as Christian. His other sets have different variations of information on them. His mother was buried with one set. Aiden snagged another. One set is missing and the last is taking up residence in a boot tucked away in Andrew's coat closet.
