  One of the first and foremost attributes that people might notice about Chelsy is that she is reserved, rarely the one to approach a new acquaintance first, and instead tends to allow the other to do most of the work in that regard. When introductions are made, and the ice broken, it becomes apparent that Chelsy is quite sarcastic (though usually in good humor), perhaps a bit sharp-tongued, and is to the point about most issues. Being the coy individual she is, it can be easy to misunderstand her. Despite her introversion and occasional lack of social etiquette, Chelsy is, by all means, still a good-hearted individual. She is rough around the edges, but she shows a deep caring for those who manage to wiggle their way into her standoffish heart. Chelsy is a perfect mix of a lady, and a tomboy, willing to dress up, but also willing to get down and dirty, depending on the circumstance.
