The Durward Estate

• the Estate itself

  The Durward estate is an extremely old medium sized mansion on a large amount of land. Besides the mansion itself, there is a barn, silos, and wine/beer storage buildings for everything the estate produces. Farmland takes up most of the back fields with workers paid from nearby towns to work the fields and guard them. The mansion itself houses only one woman, the lady of the estate, Allue Durward, since the passing of Lord Alaster Durward, and the moving away of their three children, Alaster Jr, Markus, and Luvbi, the estate has seen its fair share of slaves, but none seem to stay, and Allue always seems so lonely, and so determined to keep the house lit wherever she goes in it, like she's terrified of something, or some one.

• Durward Wares

  The Durward Estate produces Grains, Veggies, Fruits, and Wine/Beer for others to purchase or trade for! Specialty veggies/fruits/grains can be grown if desired, naturally this requires extra pay:
  
  Grains: between 5 silver for a 5 pound bag, to 5 platinum for 70 pounds
  Grains produced: Wheat, Oats, Rye.
  
  Veggies: between 5 silver for a 5 pound bag, to 5 platinum for 70 pounds
  Veggies currently produced: Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Peas, Beans, Carrots, Mushrooms, Onions (Sweet, Red, and Green)
  Fruits: between 5 silver for a 5 pound bag, to 5 platinum for 70 pounds
  Fruits currently produced: Watermelon (summer only), Apples (green and red), Lemons, Limes.
  Wines: Both red and white wine can be purchased here, with young to 200 year old selections for your enjoyment.
  Beer: Standard beer, or Hopps can be purchased, typically its hopps sold to other breweries.
