• Abilities List

  Jay is descended from a draconic bloodline, though this bloodline is weak. Part of Jay's immortal gifts were a strengthening of this bloodline, providing him with certain powers as well as weaknesses.
  In addition, the significant events surrounding Jay's birth (to be revealed in RP) have given him command over the void in certain ways.
  
  

  

  
  

  ~Draconic Abilities~

  • Stone Skin - Passive - Potentially his most potent form of defense, Jay's flesh and scales are nigh impenetrable. Sharp blades, projectiles, and other pointy things are simply deflected as it comes into contact with him, however this does nor prevent clothes from ripping or blunt force trauma from affecting him such as bruising and broken bones. This ability does not seem to hold up when pitted against enchanted weapons.

  • Greek Fire - Active - Jay's spit is flammable, bursting into flame the moment it comes into contact with something. This can include licking or spitting, as well as accidental drooling. The flames catches fire to things surrounding, though when applied via tongue instead of spit the fire burns just above the surface it contacts; as such not causing direct harm to the surface.
  • Smoking Lung - Passive Weakness - Because of his heritage, Jay has a second set of lungs for breathing fire. However these organs are shrunken, unable to produce flaming breath. Because of this weakness, Jay finds himself needing to smoke consistently. He generally carries a pipe of various herbs, or such substance rolled into a cigarette. He also burns hefty amounts of incense when he sleeps, to ensure that those lungs are always full of smoke. If he does not keep a relatively consistent amount of smoke in his lungs, he will grow weak and sickly until he can smoke again.

  
  

  

  
  

  ~Void Powers~

  • Teleportation - Active - Jay can enter the void-mists to teleport over distances. It is possible for him to travel long distances but because injury is possible should he, for instance, ports into a wall, he will generally only use this power to move to places within view. It is also possible for him to transport other matter he is touching/holding when he uses this power, but such takes more energy. Similarly multiple teleports in a small span of time is quite exhausting.

  • Phasing - Active - He has the ability to phase part or all of himself into a void-smoke form. This allows him to pass through objects and walls, becoming intangible. However he does not often risk phasing through solid walls or objects, as solidifying at the wrong time could cause him injury. Instead, phasing is generally reserved as a defense or stealth tactic to become one with the shadows in a room.

  • Shadow Boxing - Active - Jay can activate the phasing smoke as sort of a cloaking mist or distraction method. This allows him to cover his movements slightly, most notably during hand to hand combat. The smoke causes a slight advantage, making it hard for his opponent to discern where he plans to strike next and how quick or close his motions are to striking.

  Please note the following battle stats refer to his skill, and does not include his abilities. Example: he has many abilities that buff his defense, and because of this he has aquired no actual base skill in defense. Being hard to hurt does not necessarily mean he is good at blocking.
