The Korattka are a tall, lithe and agile felinesque species that walk upright on digitigrade legs. Often tall, slender or sinewy, with females having softer features and slightly wider hips compared to the usually sharp-featured, stronger male.
Korattka are a tribal species for the most part; They are extremely intelligent, quick-witted, eager to learn, as well as tenaciously skilled predators. They usually live in small clans or can be individuals - Though most seek the advantages a group (most often a family, by blood or adopted) can provide.
There is little extreme sexual dimorphism (excessive size/bulk differences between male/female) as you can see in the sketched illustration above. This also shows off how varying their face, ear, tail and hair structure can be.
They are often roughly about the same size in height and body type, though the males are, as usually to be expected, a bit broader in the shoulders, build muscle more easily, and are taller than females by only a few inches at most.

↣ Korattka are genetically ectomorphic, giving them a high metabolism and bountiful energy supply, but makes it difficult for them to gain or maintain any fatty weight.
↣ Korattka are omnivores that live on a diet based primarily on animal protein, supplemented by whatever else they can harvest, hunt or scavenge. Although predators by nature, they will hunt when needed, but will also not pass up the opportunity for an easy meal.
↣ Physique types can vary between very thin, to slender or sinewy, and moderately muscular - Usually influenced by the habitat they originate from. (e.g., a more muscular creature will have a better chance at survival in frigid environments, and lithe creatures will flourish in more hot and humid climates.)

● Breeds
Korattka breeds are set into four major categories; North, South, East and West.
Northern Korattka are hardy and highly adaptive. They are bulkier than the other Korattka (typically) and can endure harsh temperatures well below freezing thanks to their padded paws and dense, wooly fur. Northern Korattka tend to be somewhat nomadic - Moving every few weeks, or even days, to different areas that provide better foraging and animals to hunt. These tribes are fairly passive toward outsiders that show no provocation and will openly trade and socialize with them on good terms.
Southern Korattka are much more lithe and slender. They are more known for frequenting swamps, marshes and dense woodland areas, and have a short, sleek coat of fur that they can fluff out to cool themselves in hot, humid weather. However, Southern Korattka are some of the most vicious; They are tenacious and cunning. Many Southern tribes are known to be cannibalistic, as well as practitioners of dark magics, and welcome no outsiders among their kind - The complete opposite mindset of the inviting Western tribes.
Eastern Korattka are some of the most mysterious, and rarely seen. Little is known about them, but from what has been documented, their body types vary between sleek or muscular. They live mainly in high mountain areas, though surrounding it are woodsy valleys and forests. What is most unique to the Eastern Korattka is the fact that they do have an organized religion with a main god they worship; E'loh, a dragon that is said to be one thousand feet long, with a hundred legs, six horns and three eyes. Due to this, there are even rumors speaking of Eastern Korattka sprouting horns, scales and even a third eye upon their forehead, all in accordance to a high-held blessing from E'loh in representation of himself.
Western Korattka are considered the most common and friendly of the species. They frequent open grasslands and woodsy areas, as well as sloping valleys and canyons. They are relatively average in body type, ranging from thin to moderately muscular, as they adapt well to the mild weather of their habitat. They are the most well-known goods traders with humans and other species, and because of such, have been the most accused of crossbreeding with them.
