  Birth
  His mother was a fool, an absolute damn fool. Instead of seeing a doctor or hell, even taking natural fertility enhancers, she immediately ran off to some Shamanistic man in the back alley behind a drug store. Being she and her husband could not naturally conceive, she sought supernatural means of insemination. The "Shaman" warned that any child birthed between the couple would be unusual and unfortunately cursed, but no damns were given. Within two years of consistent trying, the married couple conceived. Only one child resulted from it, whom they named "Dee Zive."
  
  Childhood
  It was only two months after his birth that his affliction bared its horrible head. His bat mother was none to kind of it, especially due to him being unable to be of any help around their household for many hours afterward. His lagomorph father, having extremely long working hours, was frequently furious any time his son sneezed, making him worthless. All he was ever good at was cooking and baking, and half the time, he could only ever At the ripe old age of only 15 years old, Dee Zive was kicked out of his house for being a useless whelp. With only a worn old leather bag and a rusted bike, he shorted his name to Dzive and began to travel the world.
  
  Finding Haven
  For seven long years Dzive traveled from town to town, city to city, being often mugged or beaten. His original calmed personality quickly shattered into smithereens, being replaced with absolute terror and fear. It was in the depths of the winter of the seventh year that he biked directly into a horrendous and endlessly painful blizzard. It battered his bare wings, chilling his blood and making it hard to move. He felt as though hypothermia would ravage his body and death would be his fate, but a bright light shone in the depths of it. He pedaled as hard as his legs could manage, and parked his bike at the side of the building, pushing in. It was warm, sweet smelling, and overall inviting. He huddled at the nearby fireplace, warming up enough to actually move without pain. He sat at a table, nearby a man appeared to be entirely distracted. He pulled out his bag to check if his recipe book was destroyed or not, and luckily, it wasn't. After the man, named Axel, had realized his existence, Dzive was served and fed, and although near the end, his affliction reared and he became worthless again, he was treated with a sort of respect he hadn't encountered before. The next day, he met the owner of the Tavern, and had become their new baker. He had found Haven.
