• Description

  Since a little kid,Dakota was an outcast.She enjoyed talking to human beings though mermaids werent allowed to.She was exiled a long time ago,from when she was around 6 years old and she was turned into a half human.Whenever she touches water,she is going to turn into a mermaid.
  For 12 years,she has learned how to be a human and how they are like.She still is new at this and always discovers new things.No one knows about her,not even her closest friends.
  Since she still is a half mermaid,she has some powers.She can hypnotize people with her voice,she can also control water and,of course,she can talk to some animals,not all of them.
  She is living in a small yet cozy house,near the beach since she still hangs out with some of the mermaids that didnt want her to leave.
