How does a mistress center a slave? Being centered is a Zen term that means a person is balanced, calm, healthy, peaceful, grounded, nourished. The mistress can become another set of eyes and ears for the slave, giving guidance, protection and even direction. We create by how we feel and what we believe. Being in a nurturing relationship helps to clear our feelings, shows them for what they really are, releases negative emotions and dispels crippling fears. Practically it may be through a gratifying whipping, or a gentle embrace, a stern lecture or loving advice.

If I do not know how to do something that intrigues them then I shall research it out to the fullest of my ability, attending demonstrations when possible, and when possible inflicting it upon myself before inflicting it upon my own slaves, for they are to be the ones unharmed. Rules are necessary to know the safety of ones own boundaries.
- Be authentic. You are who you are, and thats all you should ever want to be. An original is always worth more than a copy, do remember that.
- You are not permitted to touch money. If you have to transport coins, put them in your mouth or tie them in a scarf about your wrist or ankle.
- If you need to relieve yourself, you have to ask for permission. You will use a chamber pot, and if I am in the room, maintain direct eye-contact.
- You may not sit or lie on any furniture, lean against walls, objects or furniture, except for the performance of duties or with my permission.
- I do not respond kind when being lied to. Do it and you will have to face harsh punishment, or even being expelled from my/our household.
- You are not allowed to please or touch yourself in any sexual way, without explicit permission. Disobedience will result in modesty gear.
- I want you to wear the title of being my slave with honor and pride. Never make others think that being my submissive means to be weak.
- Respect feeds respect. If you want to earn mine, you have to show me respect in return. If you keep this in mind, we will get along just fine.
- Be open and honest with me about your feelings or fears. And please keep in mind to voice them in a timely fashion and reasonable manner.
- Please use some common-sense. (summary)
There are a few guidelines I want you to keep in mind, and follow.
Eye-Contact (owned/rented slaves)
A slave should always express submission through body and posture. Some Mistresses never allow their slaves to have their heads higher than theirs or to look at them directly. Although, this can sometimes be appropriate, my slaves are permitted to look at me to show me the submission in their faces and to demonstrate their devotion. It is easier to spot lies when keeping eye-contact, and harder to lie for the person.Greeting (owned/rented slaves)
My honorific is always Mistress, unless permitted to use the german equivalent "Herrin". While in my service you should always use this title to address me and I am constantly vigilant to ensure that you don't forget to use it. I expect you to greet me by instantly dropping to your knees, kissing my feet.
Honorifics (owned, rented and unowned slaves)
The honorific Master/Mistress and Domina/Dominus are reserved for those who own or rent the slave for the time. That means, that slaves who are owned by the establishement, are to call staff-members, and renters by that title. Free Patrons that are not currently renting them, are to be adressed with any other respectful honorific. My Ladyship/My Lordship or Madame/Messire is an option. If you know the persons rank, a suiting honorific can be used. If the rank is unknown to you, use 'my Lady, my Lord'.
Instant Adaptable Positions (IAP) - learn them by heart.
There are expectations of my slaves throughout their training. They are expected to learn a series of positions and adopt them instantly when ordered. This allows me to position the slaves as I call out a number when putting them to further use. With cane in hand I utelized many an afternoon to achieve perfection in their training. It gives me immense pleasure in calling them out in such quick succession, to the point that, the slave becomes confused and flustered with an extremely reddened, sore backside.
Muscle control is essential. Always assume positions gracefully and fluid!
Each position has a number, so it is easier to call them out in a quick succession.

--->1 - Lay upon your belly, facing to the left. Cross wrists in the small of your back, then cross your ankles, legs kept straight.
--->2 - Lay upon your belly, facing to the left. Spread your legs shoulder width apart and keep arms to the side, with palms up.
--->3 - Lay flat on the floor, face upward and hands at your sides, palms open and up, legs spread wide. Lift hips off the floor.
--->4 - Stand, and bend at the waist to gather your hair and offer it to me for leading purpose. No or short hair? An ear will do.
--->5 - Disrobe and step away from your clothes. Clasp hands hands behind neck, with feet slightly wider apart than shoulders.
--->6 - Stand with your back straight, chin lifted, and stomach pulled taut. Cross your wrists in front of your chest, elegantly.
--->7 - Kneel, thighs together and bottom resting on heels. Keep your back straight and rest your palms (down) on your thighs.
--->8 - Kneel, with thighs spread and bottom resting on heels. Cross wrists in the small of your back. Chest out, head held high.
--->9 - Kneel, with calves on the floor and thighs vertical, body held upright. Put hands behind your head, and spread your legs.
--->10 - Get onto all fours, with legs modestly together. Hold your head high and back straight. Arms together, fingers spread.
--->11 - Get onto all fours and make sure your back and head level are straight. Thighs parted widely, and your elbows locked.
--->12 - Get down on all fours, and put your palms and elbows down, too. Lift your ass and let your face hover over the ground.

.............>No matter if the slave is laying, kneeling, sitting or standing, changes are to be done accordingly and with fluidity!
--->13 - Immediately cross your wrists behind your back, and your ankles. If you are laying on your back, roll onto your stomach.
--->14 - Pull your buttocks apart with your hands, exposing your pucker. If you are laying on your back, roll onto your stomach.
--->15 - Raise your head, that a collar can be put on easily. If you have long hair, lift it. When laying, get up onto all fours swiftly.
