So incase you missed it this character is a Vampire. So here's a list of feats that Lucifer is capable of.

Lucifer is undying. That doesn't mean he can't be killed but he can live forever.
Hypnotizing gaze: This is primarily for NPC's and plot related things. There will always be consent before this is ever used on an actual player. So if you don't know what this is, it's basically the age old "Look into my eyes..." *Best Bela Lugosi impersonation I can muster* and I put the person into a trance like state and they do whatever I tell them to do.
Flight: It's limited and can only happen in small doses and it doesn't last long at all. If anything it's probably more like a large jump.
Transformation: Lucifer can turn into a bat and then he has his unlimited amount of air time. He has rarely been seen as a white wolf with red eyes.
Super Strength: It's nothing out of control, but he can lift heavy objects that normal human beings can not.
Speed. A lot like the strength factor. Lucifer moves with incredible haste.
Drinking blood heals all wounds except for a pierced heart.
Sharp Teeth. Lucifer's teeth normally look just like any ol' persons' dentures. When it comes time to feed or excitement those sharper than usual canines come out to play.

A wooden stake or any kind of stake for that matter that happens to pierce his heart will kill him.
Cutting off his head will also kill him.
Garlic: Yuck! That stuff is pretty potent to Lucifer. It'll make him hack up a lung if consumed and if used like outer wear it'll keep him away from you.
Crosses: Kinda like the garlic thing. It burns and it wards him off and away from those bearing it.
Holy Water: The exact same thing. It won't kill him but it will weaken him considerably if consumed on accident or sprayed on him. If sprayed on him it's gonna burn his skin badly.
Doorways and windows: Like any Vamp worth his salt he must be invited into every residence he visits. Once he's in he can come and go at any time until his visitation is revoked.
Mirrors: These things aren't really a weakness put it can put a damper on any situation that involves him and his prey. Noticing that he has no reflection just might ruin his chances or make it harder to feed. -
