• Intro

  Hello! My name is Giles ("gee-les") and this is the RPR Profile page of my character Mariam. She's a character I roleplay in the Furcadia'n Dream The Golden Tether. Altough due to her nature, you might find her ocasinonally in other dreams.

• (*) - I'm not the kind of guy who RP's Freeform Fights in a competitive way (altough I have nothing against it). I'm VERY open about discussing in whispers how the fight should be carried on. Things like "who's going to win", "let's setup this move/hold", "how much back and forth action there will be" and so on. This is true SPECIALLY in a fight where there are other players watching it. A fight shouldn't be fun only for the fighters but for those who are watching it as well (with a bonus of avoiding powergaming). So feel free to talk with me if you want do do something cool in the fight among other things. :3

• More Observations

  - I'm VERY whisper friendly. PLEASE don't feel like you're annoying me every time you consider sending me a Whisper on Furcadia. Just stay OOC'ly if you want to whisper me.
  
  - The Playstyle Chart is just a basic guidance about what I like and I don't like during RP'ing. Just because something isn't mentioned there it doesn't mean I'll like/dislike the situations you might have planned for Mariam. When in doubt, speak to me OOC'ly and we'll discuss about it. :)
  
  - IC =/= OOC. Mariam might offend YOUR CHARACTER. NO WAY I'm offending you, THE PLAYER, if Mariam calls YOUR CHARACTER an idiot (or things worse than that). If for some reason you take OOC'ly an IC'ly offense, then you're not supposed to be RP'ing.
  
  - I don't want to hear drama within the dream. At all. I'm not interested in hear gossips between the players of TGT. AT ALL.
  
  - IC =/= OOC. If Mariam beats your character into a bloody pulp in a fight and decides to spit on your unconscious body in disgust. NO WAY it means I hate you. If for some reason you take OOC'ly an IC'ly beating/humiliation, then you're not supposed to be RP'ing.
  
  - No matter how badly you cut or break Mariam. She won't be killed AT ALL.
  
  - IC =/= OOC. For those who skipped the introductory text, well lemme make myself clear before you run into a possible future disappointment. Mariam is played by a GUY!
  
  - PLEASE! If you mention about Mariam and want to interact with her PLEASE give me a whisper so I can reply back if I'm available.
  
  - IC =/= OOC. Do you understand? :P
  
  - About fighting. Usually I'm online from 5:30PM to 10:00PM (FST) max in weekdays. However, I don't engage in fights when I have about 2 hours and a half before hitting the bed (3 hours and a half if we include searching for a free TGT Moderator to ref the fight). This is because since the fights are dice based, a match can last 30 minutes or even 2 hours (I got a match that lasted almost 3 hours). And it depends as well on how fast me and the other players makes the posts. So, to not break up the fight because of time constraints (and to not mess up with my real life issues), I don't engage in such. :P
  
  - During a fight. If for some reason I suddenly disconnect during a fight, IF YOU HAVE A RPR SITE OF YOUR CHARACTER, I might send you via smartphone a private message to explain what really happened (possibly energy shortage in those cases) and keep you informed about my status.
