The Master here has a curious understanding of (or lack of desire to realize) slavery as a modern concept. He is more likely to refer to those indebted to him as occupational servants, hired hands, etc. -- and frankly, treats them as such (regardless of paperwork.) He has a laissez-faire approach to keeping slaves (probably not for the best) and lavishes them as a fat, delighted uncle might to a favored nephew or niece. Somewhat reluctant to be called a slavemaster, he's somehow found himself in this somewhat-predicament; and prefers bright, educated, and artfully trained company.

Those owned by him are, by default, left unsupervised, with many dignities befitting freemen. He is far from the art of training the unruly as a profession, however deals a violent hand if disturbed.

There are few rules in His House.


He is incredibly wealthy, has vices, enjoys the comforts of company, and is more often than not dead drunk asleep. Humoring that, one can expect to be in good keep with him, and of comfortable standing with the world.

Those owned by him are cared for with detail, and bear the colors of his House: a rich, blue-black, greys and whites, and accents usually gold or of floral theme.
