  Born to very gracious and generous parents, Tony was living with her parents in a war-torn area to provide help to others. While playing with other children around the age of six, she stepped on a landmine and had both of her legs blown off. She received her first pair of prosthetic legs at eighteen, and is still getting used to them, but decorates them with sequins, glitter, stickers, and glued-on trinkets.
