Karloff has a close circle of about 3 people he absolutely trusts. This person must also be willing to assume the mantle for a limited time when I am not around due to my job.

[*] Some Grunts: What mafia runs exceedingly well without some grunts getting the real bullshit work done? The jobs aren't always glamorous and often times there's a chance you just might get pinched getting them done but those who can keep their tongue under lock and key often find themselves more trustworthy and in higher position when they come back.
