• Description

  A tall, slender creature, Rae is svelte in build and covered in a soft down of black fur. It grows longer on his elbows and ankles and around the base of his leonine tail. His hair is long and wavy, falling all about his shoulders and grows longer around his equine ears. If one looks closely, you can find lightly spotting in his fur, dappling of dark greys in the black. His big eyes are white, making it very hard to discern his iris from his sclera. In the middle of his forehead is a long, slender horn with a gentle curve to it. It's crystalline and delicate looking but is actually quite strong and sharp. His slender legs are digitigrade with cloven hooves at the end. Rae is very delicate looking, but that's deceptive as well.

• Biography

  In a society where the entire royal family is pure white, the birth of a black-furred prince was seen as an ill omen. He was cast out as an infant, expected to die so the royal family would be rid of the curse the child brought. However, as is often the way of these things, Raevonyn was found and raised by wilder elves of the great forest. He was brought up in their ways, learning much about the world from their somewhat sheltered perspective.
  
  While the elves taught him to be strong and independent and knowledgeable in many of their magics, Raevonyn wanted more. He set out not long ago to see the world for what it really is, through the eyes of many different cultures.
