  Description
  
  Victor is six feet tall and solid of build, with fair skin and long silver hair that reaches the middle of his back. Only on occasion can he be bothered to shave, so there's often a few days of stubble hanging around, of the same pure silver. His right eye is a clear blue with a strange reflective quality, almost mirrored; the left is an implant that emits a blue or red light when in its normal viewing mode. At times his teeth may appear abnormally sharp, almost pointed, but it is a rare sight, and one that Victor himself is often unaware of. To most he would appear to be in his early 30s.
  
  With his wings retracted, Victor wears a slightly worn, yet almost regal-looking black cloak with silver runes embroidered at the hem and seams. Otherwise, his clothing is plain, dark, and functional. A sword of what appears to be some sort of azure crystal is secured to his hip, in a bizarre mithril scabbard that coils haphazardly around the length of the blade. He also wears a shining mithril bracelet around his right wrist, his most dearly prized possession.
  
  When extended, the wings span just over eight feet, almost paper thin and gleaming silver-white. Most of his clothes are tailored specifically to accommodate the action, which happens in the blink of an eye.
  
  Victor is far heavier than he would appear to be (around 330 pounds), due to metallic bone reinforcement and several utility augmentations that add about 140 pounds (and, of course, help to support all that extra weight).

  About the Seraph:
  The elite military force of Straphia, these soldiers are enhanced with mana-powered cybernetics as well as mithranium alloy bone reinforcement and wings. Much more detailed information will eventually be available, it's just floating around the internets.
  
  Technical Info:
  - The wings function via enchantments, which are activated when they extend. They also help control his altitude and attitude via aerodynamics. They are extremely flexible and can be wrapped forward around his body to provide a protective shell.
  - The cybernetic eye is a multi-purpose tool, capable of recording (2D video or 3D hologram), holographic projection, infrared and extreme low-light viewing, multple laser frequencies, and precision tracking/targeting. He can focus projectile magics through it as well.
  - The comm bracket on his left arm is a 6"x3" touch screen device with an omnithal transmitter (similar in theory to the Ansible technology in the Ender series by Orson Scott Card.) When not being utilized for communication, it serves as the display for a multi-functional personal area radar system, which can display heat signatures, mana signatures (such as those present in magical constructs, enchanted items, and of course, magic users), structural details and light sources, even those beyond human visual range.
  - Every language encountered and deciphered by the Straphian space program (nearly a million to date) is stored in the central database on Prime. Victor's omnithal links to this database and serves as a universal translator.
  - His right arm has a series of indicators which display mana level, systems status and situational alerts, some of which also produce warning sounds.
  - Nanomachines in his bloodstream monitor his bodily functions. Capable of repairing tissue, filtering toxins, and even controlling the release of chemicals such as adrenaline and dopamine, they are the source of Victor's regenerative abilities. Recent advances have allowed for temperature regulation even at the skin level, allowing him to withstand extreme climates.
  - All Seraph systems are powered by mana cells, which must be periodically recharged. Seraphs such as Victor with talent in sorcery may power their own systems for a limited time in an emergency, although the process is exhausting.
  - These devices and the mana cells that power them have been engineered, by necessity, to be extremely resistant to disruptive and disjunctive magics, and can even function (albeit very briefly) in anti-magic void zones.
  - The process by which one becomes a Seraph is permanent and irreversible. Among other things, metal is grafted to bone and the left eye is removed.
  - The grafting process of metal to bone includes mountings to which modular pieces can be added, depending on the seraph's need. Victor owns his own refinery and creates modules as needed. These include spinning blades attached to the outer arm, shoulder-mounted cannons, thrusters and retractable mithranium plating.
  - While myths certainly exist, especially due to his homeland's atmosphere of strict information control, Seraph enhancements do not significantly affect the aging process.
  -Seraphs have impenetrable psychic/psionic defenses, and Victor is no exception. His thoughts are an open book to any sensitive enough to read them, but any attempt at intrusion or manipulation will fail, even if he is unconscious.
  
  Misc:
  Victor has been infused with the blood and essence of a siren. Both his mind and systems are influenced and the effects can be unpredictable at times. Further, he seems to be aging in reverse.
  
  While he does not often speak of it (he doesn't think very highly of his work), he is an artist of sorts. He uses many media, but prefers either the traditional oil on canvas or the more modern laser imaging approach. For the latter, he uses his cybernetic eye. He considers it an idle hobby, and due to the fortune he's amassed with his mithril trading operation it is unlikely that any of his works will ever be put up for public display or sale.
