  Streutendenzen is most commonly found wearing a very tight pair of black leather pants. Real, not imitation or vinly, and tailored perfectly to his body. Occasionally he will change to something less form fitting, perhaps slacks, but is never seen in anything so vulgar as jeans. He has several silk dress shirts in a variety of colors to match his mood, usually black or red or white. Over the ensemble may be a leather trench coat if the weather has gone foul. More often, however, he wears a very old lab coat. Age shows in a slight yellowing and fraying of the fabric despite how well-kept the garment is. There are bloodstains, pink and faint from washing, at the cuffs and bottom, as well as a smattering of spots across the chest and torso. On the lapel is an old silver pin that appears to be a chalice or goblet with a serpent coiled around it. A relic from the Great War; the German army medic's insignia. On his left arm is a white band with a red cross circled by the words "Deutsches Rotes Kreuz". While wearing the coat, he frequently carries a very worn brown leather medic's bag with a faded red cross on the front.
