Neon was brought into the world of vampires at the age of eight-teen. Her sire was like a mother to her, and she treated Neon as her daughter. They were close like family until one night that mother figure was taken from her and she was seriously wounded. Since then she has tried to have a brighter outlook on life. Though she still feels as though something is missing since the day she lost her sire.
To learn more about this strange vampire one would have to go back in her life. From when she was first born, to when she met the woman who made her what she is today. Neon wasn't always called as such her real name was Elizabeth, and she was born to a very poor family. The girl had been born with blonde hair and blue eyes, and she was rather sickly as a human child. The fact that she only got to eat very rarely didn't help her situation any. Yet those were the times she was living in, she was brought up in a time where the poor were more and considered shit. In fact her mother was a prostitute and her father was a drunk that drank away all of her mothers earnings. It was indeed a terrible time, but the young Neon tried not to let these little things to bother her.
As she grew into a woman, or well what a woman was considered in that time. She was twelve when her father first tried to sell her to a brothel. Of course she managed to get away from her father, and pretty much ran away from home. Not looking back, she figured she would find a way to make her own way in life. It was difficult, and many times people said no to her. However her break came two years after she had come to run away from the parents that really didn't want her.
She was fourteen and had been working for a pig of a man as a maid. The man would try to coax Neon to his bed, though each attempt was a failed one. The man was throwing one of his lavish parties, which of course she was forced to work and serve all of his friends, most of them just as piggish as he was. Yet out of all these people a woman came forth. She was one of the most beautiful women Neon had ever seen in her life. The woman was known as Victoria Selvonia, she seemed to be rather popular among the man and his friends, and with good reason. Victoria had long black hair that was the darkest color of black one had ever seen, her eyes the color of emeralds, and her skin like porcelain. She was indeed a beauty to behold and she grew to have an interest in Neon. Mainly at seeing how the main treated poor Neon. So Victoria took Neon away from that place and away from that horrid man.
Neon was welcomed into Victoria's home, not as a maid or some sort of servant, but as her child. It was put on official paper work as such too. Neon grew to love this woman as a mother, they would talk about just everything. Her world had been opened up by the kindness of this woman who didn't even know a thing about her at first. It was something she hadn't really experienced in her entire life. So the time spent with Victoria was very precious to her.
As the next four years seemed to fly by, it was amazing. It was the day of her eighteenth birthday, when things took a turn for the worse. Victoria was throwing a large party for her daughter, there were many types of guests there. One of the guests happened to be a noble man that was highly interested in Neon, he though she was quite the beauty, though nothing compared to Victoria. The noble begged Victoria to give Neon to him as his bride, but the man was well known for hurting woman and she denied him the chance at having Neon as his prize. This angered the man, and he left in a huff. However he hadn't really gone, he was waiting in the darkness of the house. He had managed to sneak up into the room he believed to be Neon's. Of course the man had gotten it right, and Neon was none the wiser when she came to sleep that night. It was long after all the guests had gone and even Victoria had gone out with one of her suitors. Having stripped down to nothing, she was surprised when the noble had come out of her wardrobe holding a knife. He raped her, and to make sure she couldn't tell a soul he had stabbed her and left her there for dead.
Victoria had decided to call it an early night and came home. The smell of Neon's blood filling her senses, and it didn't take her long to make her way to her beloved daughters room. Never had she thought about turning the child, she had wanted to watch her grow and live. With a panic set in she had no choice but to do what she had never wanted to plague Neon with. Victoria turned Neon and just in time too, for the life was beginning to fade form the girl. That night came to be a painful one as she turned, her whole body sent into spasms. It wasn't until the next night that she was awoke to her new destiny. Neon had told her mother what had happened and thus the noble who had hurt her was brought before her to face his punishment. He was to be her first meal and didn't survive. It was a fitting death they both thought for him.
Growing and learning rather quick the power, and abilities that she now had. She was praised by her mother as a quick learner.
