  This is ... old.
  
  Most files nowadays are digital, seen on a computer, not in an old, worn manila folder.
  
  This one has been accessed frequently in the past, crumpled and torn in places. Definitely not something that has sat in the dust for very long at any given time. Stains and burns litter the thicker paper product in places; this poor old file has seen better days.
  
  Written in neat scroll across the front in permanent black marker is a number; 927. The identification tab in the top has been colored black, presumably with the same marker, completely blotting out the information there that might give away the subject of the contents within.
