  Bear with me, as I look at this RPR and cringe at the work I have to do. Jinx will be coming back from Hell, reborn whole, with his real alicorn and glorious wings returned to him. He'll be free of the PTSD which had afflicted him and looking to find useful slaves.

• At First Glance ...

  At first glance, he appeared to be a pitch-black, winged unicorn. An obsidian spiral, grown from the fore of a distinctly equine-shaped head, shimmers with iridescent highlights of amethyst, emerald, and sapphire; reminiscent of spilled oil on flagstone. His mouth is obscene. A wolf's maw on a horse's face, and filled with such predatory teeth! A right Cheshire smile that is flanked on either side with thickly furred, lupine cheeks. Tall ears could be of either breed, standing amidst a fall of midnight locks bearing the same hidden hues as his horn. Spawning from each shoulder blade, jet black wings unfurl, a pair of monstrous sculptures hewn in leather and bone. Herculean body stands erect on solid masses of hoof, shaped as though each were a four-clawed paw.

• Upon Closer Inspection ...

  Jinx is not nearly as tall as one expects, when finally getting up close. His presence makes it seem like he might be nine feet tall, but really, he is closer to seven, quite average, or perhaps even short, for an Equine. A discerning eye might notice the wolfish features scattered throughout this creature, bringing into question the possibility of a hybrid. Some of the differences from a standard Dark Unicorn include the following.
  
  Soft, multi-hued midnight fur, thick like a wolves winter pelt, covers this Unicorn from shattered horn (bearing ornamental cap) to oddly shaped hooves. Only the fur boasts such a plush and velvety touch, but longer tufts sprout at the backs of cheeks and elbows, giving him an even wilder look than the fur does alone. Long locks of hair, however, horse hair, hang from his mane and fetlocks in waves and ringlets. As does the three inch long, horse hair goatee, a standard Unicorn adornment, that grows from his chin amidst the wolf-like fur covered face and ends in a curl.
  
  His tail, as is also normal for a Unicorn, is more like a zebra's or lion's, with it's long fleshy length ending in a tuft of horse hair. Unlike the norm, his length is coated in that same wolfish fur, though not as bushy as a canine's, leaving the tuft at the end still prominent. Swinging behind him, his tail behaves much as a dog's would, and seemingly without his conscious notice. A quick glance and recognition of this fact, would show this Dark Unicorn's carefully construed, poker face, foiled by his own tail giving away his true emotions.
  
  His mouth is more of a carnivore's muzzle, the lips reaching two or three times as long, way back towards his thickly grizzled cheeks. This anomaly allows him to open his maw much wider than a horse normally can. The reason becomes apparent as soon as the large, sharp teeth filling that wicked mouth, come into view. A predators grin, not something one would expect in an animal meant to be an herbivore, and with pearly-whites that fit together in zig-zagged fangs.
  
  The aforementioned foot-hooves, onyx-black and shiny as polished obsidian, are huge as a Clydesdale furre's below thick, powerfully muscled legs, causing their odd shape to be easily seen. Along the front of either, the standard arch bends into four protruding points, as if they had almost become toes and these were the claws expected. Perhaps this explains why each finger of his hands, instead of being nails, are individual, sable hooves. Each fingertip's hoof stretches forward, past the apex of the digit, and stretches into a long, raven, talon-like claws.
