  He used to take potshots at humans along our border... That's how I remember him. Reckless, self-absorbed. Winston was always the outcast. You could tell he wanted something more. Why couldn't he just be happy in his place? If ever a Dhúchais was narcissistic, it was him. He kept himself clean and tidy like he had something to prove. Someone to impress. Winston began trying to hide his quarry. I think he was going to offer what he'd killed to the outsiders, in the woods. Incentive to take him in. Who'd want that?
