From riches to rags, a slave unbroken; a once known freedom forced an exchange for imprisonment within the regime of rattling chains. Malnourished frame now stood in its stead, lanky and dishevelled from what was once a lithe, elegant and finely-boned creature. In which havoc continued through those deep blue curls, matting alongside the cut-short coat of fur. Despite the thread-bare state and having lost her flair, the woman had one thing going for her. And that was her obstinate stare of golden eyes set aflame in revulsion of what had transpired.
