    (♫) Rowan is without a doubt a mama's boy and he loves his mother very much. However, due to Meria's immortality and 'forever eighteen' appearance, he often must tell people that Meria is actually his sister. But Meria is actually a single mother who, throughout her time raising Rowan into the eighteen year old that he is today, helped run the flower-shop while also taking care of the original owner. She inherited the Flower-Shop as a result and Rowan works part-time to help support her while also renting the basement apartment where they originally lived. Meria moved into the original owner's apartment up top and together they occupy the entire building. Rowan knows his mother to be gentle, kind, supportive and wonderful and they get on quite well. He's never known his father, never met him and Meria hasn't shared much information about him despite Rowan's curiosities. Regardless, she has been a pillar in his foundation and a wondrous guiding light in his life.
