Jesse Radus

History

• Biography

  Jesse used to be a talented guitar player, always practicing and jamming with his friends until he found out he had powers. A few months after he was taken to train, he accidentally overexerted himself, ice growing throughout his body and killing him while his caretakers and friends did nothing but seemingly forget about him.
  
  He was eventually revived, and was trained to be more powerful, though he was left with nasty scars and a changed personality.
