• Biography

  Fletcher was born in an old tenement on King's Row, where his parents moved to a year before he was born. Being raised in the harsh environment of King's Row did a number on his innocence, but he braved the streets and graduated high school at nearly the top of his class despite his often rebellious demeanor. Unfortunately, his parents could not afford a higher education for him, but he was soon recruited by the Vishkar Corporation's Architech Academy, where he studied the art of bending hard-light constructs.
  
  He spent 6 years at the Academy as a light engineer and cadet until being expelled and detained for developing a weapon unsupervised with the Academy's private resources. A month into his sentence, Fletcher was contacted by an anonymous Vishkar executive to do covert "cleansing" in his neighborhood back in King's Row for massive sums of money as well as his bail He accepted this contract and traveled back to England, with the first mission of assassinating Omnic spiritual leader Tekhartha Mondatta, whose death was believed to be able to pave the way for Vishkar's conquest in countless impure corners of the world. Unfortunately, upon arriving in London, he was intercepted by Lena "Tracer" Oxton just minutes before Tekhartha's speech. He had failed his mission, but delaying Tracer by those few minutes made another assassin's mission successful. Today, he continues to stalk London as a bounty hunter under the code name "Flechette" after his signature gun, working for both Vishkar Corp and local gangs.

• Abilities

  Weapon: Hard-Light Needle Gun
  
  Flechette's hard-light needle gun has two firing modes. The first fuctions like a semi-automatic rifle that fires powerful hard-light needles that can slow down foes, but has high recoil. Hold down the secondary fire button to slowly eject needles from the gun, which float in mid-air where they were ejected. When the button is released, all needles are fired at once towards where the crosshairs are pointing.
  
  

  Passive: Bounty Hunter
  
  Flechette is assigned a specific player as his bounty who, if eliminated by him, grants Flechette's entire team a bonus to their ultimate meters (bonus amount is different for each character). Once eliminated, there is a 18 second cooldown until he receives his next bounty.
  
  

  Ability 1: Light Platform
  
  Flechette creates a small platform made of hard light under his feet that anyone can use. Lasts 10 seconds or until he breaks them with one needle. Can hold two charges.
  
  

  Ability 2: Hard-Light Clone
  
  A stationary clone made of hard-light is placed down in front of Flechette. It can take up to 80 points of damage and primary fires in synchrony with Fletcher where his crosshairs are pointing.
  
  

  Ultimate Ability: Seeing Double
  
  Using a targeted hitscan that can be used from anywhere on the map, Flechette can summon one stationary hard-light clone each for two of his teammates that function similarly to his second ability. If any of these two allies manage to kill Flechette's target, his passive is activated.
