    The Engineer finished the portal gun. It looked like a mismatched bunch of toasters, but it got us to Teufort in less time than a Scout would need to run there. Where were we before...? I forget. Dustbowl, maybe?
    
    We got spotted by hippies before we changed out of our uniforms, and they made a nice little crowd around the hotel we arranged to meet at.
    
    Rémi took about an hour to get himself a new suit.
    A whole hour.
    Picky bastard.
    
    Anyway, hippies. I don't mind hippies. My brother's a hippie. I'm easily mistaken for a hippie, even when I cut my hair. I'm okay with hippies.
    
    But there was a girl with them, Tru, who was more than a little bit suspicious. She lied about a dead brother and streamed her fake tears all over the place. Then she talked in some kind of code with Rémi and threatened Dale's older brother. She ran with an incredible amount of speed only Dale could ever be able to match... and then took him on a helicopter. Now what do we do?
