Born into one of modern day society's most influential families, Owen was one of the twins of Aleksandra and Quentin Radcliffe Annenkov, the other being his twin sister, Anastasiya. The parents always say it, but they really were the perfect children. Healthy, attentive, easy-going, together. They looked like each other, but still their own person from a very early age. They were destined to be great meta-humans, and that definitely came true. The abilities of their parents came through, a mixture of those physical and strong with the mental and powerful. The telekinesis came first, then the elements were added to it in a chaotic and dangerous cocktail. If he hadn't had his parents and Ilya to help him control them, it would probably have been catastrophic, and the road to full control was definitely long, rocky, and tough. While the elements were hard to control, simply because of the vastness, the mental abilities were even harder. Those he couldn't touch and move with his hands as easy as water or earth, but the damage they could cause were immense.
As a child, Owen was bubbly and open to all; he loved to show off his abilities, something he loved to do in secret in front of the other children, doing magic tricks as a masquerade for the extent of his abilities. His curiosity brought him far and wide, but would ultimately cause him to close up. He had a tendency to run off, though his parents tried hard to make him stay with them and his sister, knowing well that people aren't as friendly as he perceived them. Unfortunately, Owen never really listened, something he still doesn't do. At the age of 9, he was cornered by a group of paparazzi - something that was not unusual for the Radcliffe-Annenkov family, but when it happened, they could easily slip away thanks to the parents and security teams. He had ventured off like always and had stopped by a small patch of grass on the sidewalk, when they surrounded him. He froze and most became a blur, but he ran. In an attempt to find his parents, that was the only thing he could think of. Before he knew it, he was surrounded by strangers in a crowded space, no way out and panic set in. He wasn't sure if the worst part was the people simply passing by or those who stopped to watch. He ended up running into an alley and crawling into a small crawlspace. He stayed their for hours and spread a real panic for his family, afraid that he had been kidnapped. When he was found, really only thanks to Ana as well as his mother's mental abilities, he was never really the same.
Owen withdrew into himself; he became quiet and defiant towards more or less everyone, especially his mother and strangers. He could only really confide in Ana and his father, the two people who he felt understood him. As he grew older, this didn't change. He hated public appearances and when he went out, he had a bad habit of letting his defiant personality out on the press, quickly branding him as the black sheep of the Radcliffe-Annenkovs. He didn't mind it, though, as it meant that people avoided him. Pictures were only taken from afar, though rumours were still spun based on his person. If he had a choice, he would move far away from Gotham and live off of his abilities alone, but he knew that it wasn't an option. Even if he clashed with his mother, he could never disappoint either of his parents and the security of family was the only thing keeping him in Gotham. Encouraged by his parents, he took up music to cope, which in the end made him slightly more available as a person. His temper could be controlled by such a simple move as keeping his hands occupied instead of elemental outbursts. Instead, he became more of a careful, young man, though still withdrawn. While he's quiet and often comes off as completely arrogant, he really is someone who cares deeply about those close to him, though he might not express it with words.

Owen has inherited a good mixture of his parents' skills, mental abilities with a lot of physical power behind them that can cause a lot of damage. He can use his abilities to boost himself as well as cause both pain and relief to others. It is a good mixture that he can control very well thanks to his parents' knowledge, help, and support, especially his father, though the road has been long.
KINETIC ABILITIES
Owen has many and diverse abilities fully controlled and moved by the mind, kinetics meaning motion. These are the ones he uses the most, both useful for combat and procrastination. He also practices these the most as they seem to improve more and more the more he practices.
Elemental Manipulation
Owen has the ability to move all elements, the major parts being aerokinesis, hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, and geokinesis, the manipulation of the four elements. He can create, shape, and manipulate these elements. Owen has great control of all four as well as their different subgroups, which he has trained a lot as well. Most of the time, he needs an external source - he cannot just manifest these elements out of thin air, unless it's air of course. Luckily, most elements are easily found scattered around everywhere, making it easy for him to use.
Aerokinesis is the manipulation of air. Owen can create, shape, and manipulate atmospheric gases and various compounds (mostly oxygen and nitrogen) surrounding the planet Earth that is retained by Earth's gravity, and wind, movement of air relative to the surface of the planet. He can to a certain extend also control weather conditions, as it is an important factor in determining and controlling it, creating breezes, squalls, gusts, whirlwinds, zephyrs, gales, tempests, and hurricanes. This can be strengthened together with his hydrokinesis. He can push and move objects and people by moving the air around them or pushing them with a blow of air. The air can in general be used as a weapon, both by creating weather phenomenons, but also pushing or slashing with quick, intense air waves. By manipulating the air around him, Owen also has the ability to fly. He can stop attacks or derail them with air. He can create pressure in case of depressurising, but also increase the pressure beyond what's necessary, using it as a weapon. He can remove air, essentially choking people or making them faint. He can do this on a larger scale, but it is easier to choose create a space, e.g. a bubble around someone's head. Because of his connection with air, Owen feels movement much better than the average human, as he feels it as pushes through a well-known element, making it easier for him to detect people, attacks, and so on. He can push himself with the air, making himself move faster. In case of poisonous attacks through the air, he can remove this. He can block out noise as well as create it by manipulating air molecules' vibrations. Since air cannot be seen by conventional methods, neither can the attacks od derivatives form by or from it, making it an invisible and versatile ability that is very difficult to block and dodge.
Hydrokinesis is the manipulation of water. This is also the elemental kinetic ability which he prefers the most, using it to calm himself down. Owen can create, shape, and manipulate water, inorganic compound with liquid, gas (steam, water vapour), and solid (ice) states, including changing them from one state to the other. He can move water from one place to another with rapid speed, though bigger quantities of water might take longer to move. He can expand and minimise the quantity. He can use it to push, drown, slice, or crush people. He can separate great bodies of water, though the quantity still influences how much energy he needs to spend on it. By moving water below him, Owen can travel incredibly fast across vast oceans and waters. He can create massive waves, vortexes, and whirlpools. He can purify water if necessary, say if the water is poisoned, dirty, or in any other way not fit to drink. He can also use this on wounds, but only to a certain extend. He can breathe under water, a combined skill with aerokinesis, and swim incredibly fast by pushing himself through the water. He can do blood bending, using the water contents in the body to move people at will, though he finds this incredibly disturbing and does not do it out of principle, though it can be useful at times. He can create water out of the water within the air, as well as dehydrate the air or people for that matter. He can create bubbles and small balls of water, something he very much enjoys. Just like he can freeze water, he can boil it as well, a combined skill with pyrokinesis.
Pyrokinesis is the manipulation of fire. This is his least favourite of the four, being slightly too destructive for his liking. Owen can create, shape, and manipulate fire, the rapid oxidation of a material in the exothermic chemical process of combustion, releasing heat, light, and various reaction products, flame being the visible portion of the fire. He can burn and melt objects, making it a great weapon against enemies, but also a great way to escape, since he can melt through most things, though some things might take longer if it has a higher melting point. He can generate fire at will, if the surroundings allow it, e.g. it not being too dry, both small flames and huge fires. By generating huge flames or turning his limbs on fire, he can use flames to attack with. He can increase and decrease the heat around him and others. Just like he can create flames, he can minimise them, though a huge fire is hard to control. It might be beyond his abilities to stop. He can create shield of flames, protecting himself and others. This can also be done by creating circles of fires around him or others. By burning wounds, he can stop bleedings and infections, essentially purifying the wounds. To a certain extend, Owen can also manipulate ash, soot, and smoke. This also applies to lightning, though hard to create, he can conduct lightning and electricity, but it's dangerous, since it might go wrong, trapping the lightning within him, causing permanent damage. He can create fire balls, essentially making it rain with fire. He is resistant to fire and heat, and he can cover himself completely in flames if he wants to. Together with geokinesis, he can create magma. This means that he can also control it, but just like huge fires, there is a limit to this, since fire is simply wild and might be hard to control. Depending on the substance alight, and any impurities outside, the colour of the flame and the fire's intensity will differ.
Geokinesis is the manipulation of earth. Owen can create, shape, and manipulate earth and "Earthen" elements, including most solid objects, specifically all minerals and mineral compositions regardless of their state (mountain, boulder, sand, or dust), dirt, soil etc. He can also manipulate plants. If no earthen elements are present, he is very limited, as he is only able to manipulate already existing sources. Certain minerals are harder to manipulate, especially if they have been processed or hardened in some way - glass and other artificial solids for example. Size also matters: A bigger amount of earth can strain him, and he has to use a lot of force to move it, but it has to be a lot, before it becomes necessary. In general, it does not take him a lot to move earthen materials around, since he is extremely used to doing it, being one of the first abilities that manifested. Earth simply moves for him. Though he can move it with his mind, he finds that it helps to use movements such as simple hand and finger movements or even martial arts, which the earth will then mimic. He can burrow through earth, either leaving a tunnel or simply gliding through it. He can cause earthquakes, avalanches, mudslides, and quicksand. He can lift earthen materials at nearly any speed, great for heavy, quick attacks. He can use earth to transport in a surfing motion.
Telekinesis
Telekinesis is the power to manipulate, influence, and move objects and matter with the mind, the classic kinetic ability. This can be seen as the core element of his elemental manipulation as well. Moving objects is both lifting, moving, orbiting, push, pull, and slowing down objects as well as people. He can grab things and keep them were it is, ensuring that it is not taken away, e.g. by a wave. He can deflect an opponent's attack by altering its course. He can push himself faster by telekinetic speed as well as augment his own speed. He can make an object automatically follow and lock in on himself or a target until it hits. He can alter objects' inner functions, e.g. unlocking doors. He can release telekinetic energy as a form of attack. Like many of his abilities, he can use telekinesis to fly. Though it was his first ability to surface, Owen still has many aspects of telekinesis to explore. Whereas the elemental manipulation is normally fairly obvious, telekinesis can be done in such a stealthy way that he does it all the time. He can combine his elemental manipulation with the telekinesis easily, making levitation, choking, crushing, projection, pulling, and pushing very easy for him.
MENTAL INDUCEMENTS & ABILITIES
Pain Manipulation
Owen has the ability to sense and manipulate mental, emotional, and physical agony, pain, and suffering. He can increase, decrease, cause or otherwise change pain, even manifest the emotional energy to a physical level. He can overwhelm people easily, simply by doing this, but he can definitely also help, taking away the pain. He very rarely uses this, as he finds no pleasure in meddling with people's pains and emotions this way.
Vertigo Inducement
Owen can disorientate someone's sense of balance, causing confusion, disorientation and/or nausea, possibly even unconsciousness. He does this by giving them vertigo, the most common type of dizziness, a symptom where a person feels as if they or the objects around them are moving when they are not, feeling like a spinning or swaying movement.
Emotion Inducement
Owen has the ability to induce all kinds of emotions, good or bad. The effect depends, as it is mostly short-term changes, but it varies depending on his own state of mind as well as the target. The closer he is to the person, the better it works.
Confession Inducement
He can cause others to admit to or simply tell a secret and misdeeds, whether it is personal or non-personal. Those affected by this ability are often oblivious the the effects of the ability, making it more useful in many cases, as he knows their secret - but they do not know that he knows.
