Thoughts on...
Friends
Kiddo is a live wire, unpredictable but mostly in a fun way. It might be interesting if some of her old college buddies popped up? Hackers she worked with, criminals who want to work with her. She enjoys nature, traveling, and talking music as much as listening to it, preferring classic vinyl even though she is an avid tech enthusiast. She will talk your ear off about some nerd shit if you let her. Maybe some like-minded friends to share her passions and a drink or two.
Enemies
Kiddo can be testy and unfiltered. When slighted, she can be rash and abrasive, often speaking before she thinks. If she feels disrespected, she will go out of her way to make you uncomfortable. While it might be easy for her to rub some people the wrong way, she's not really in the habit of making enemies. Maybe someone who was negatively affected by her hacking activities? Idk. WIP
Fellow Doggos
Kiddo is a wolf shifter without a pack. She's remained somewhat of a lone wolf due to her severe lack of trust in people and doesn't know much about her heritage since her parents died when she was young. Maybe some long lost family? Or even just other shifters to help make her feel like she isn't so much of a freak.
Supes
I still don't know the full nature of her shifting abilities, but it would be interesting to see how she interacts with, senses, and is sensed by other supes. There are certain aspects of her appearance that are only detectable by supes and sensitives. She is a chaotic little trouble maker and I'd love to explore plots with various types of creatures of darkness and light!
Family
Another WIP. But Kiddo's parents died in a car crash when she was very young. Their deaths were brought on by the relentless intimidation of her uncles who headed an organization centered around keeping the wolf shifter bloodline pure. She ended up abandoned on the steps of a state run facility and bounced back and fourth between foster families before landing with a solid father figure assisted her in going to college and died soon thereafter. Family could be anyone from anywhere, they could be friendly or antagonistic. I like the idea of long lost family members that fill her in on her past as well as maybe cousins with similar family experiences. Let me know if you have thoughts!
Work Affiliates
Kindra prefers to work alone for many reasons including social anxiety and the general unpredictability of most of her fellow criminals, especially those who don’t occupy the field of tech. While the hacker adheres to multiple self-imposed rules, ones which she has found that most creatures that operate outside the law tend to ignore. And while Kindra does enjoy to let loose on a regular basis, she has yet to find the benefit of doing so while pulling off a job. However this does not mean that she can’t be persuaded to join the ranks of a well paying operation if the odds are favorable enough.
Employees
When she’s not moonlighting as a black hat, Kindra’s labor of love is running a moderately successful record shop. The problem is that she has some awful wanderlust and gets itchy if she doesn’t get on the road at least once a month. Living in a college town has given her the convenience of regularly hiring temps to run the shop while she’s out of town. Kindra has a tendency to hack into the lives of her employees to ensure she isn’t bringing on thiefs and losers. So your character would have to be legitimately well adjusted for her to bring them on, but she’s a killer boss to work for once they’re hired. Perks include video games, weed, and free street food to name a few. Inquire within.
