Though Dominic comes from a family which closely followed the Bulgarian Orthodox, he came to disbelieve in the existence of any and all gods during his early adulthood. Moreover, in addition to his native Bulgarian dialect, he has taken time from his past to learn English, German, Hebrew and Russian to the furthest extent.

A very passionate and proud craftsman, Dominic manufactures and sells various sorts of scientific equipment. He specifically specializes in the production of surgical ocular instrumentation and other products relating to proper eye care such as both custom and prescription eyeglasses, as well as great scores of correlating accessories. In the aspect of romance, he has only ever truly loved one woman within his entire lifetime—Sonya Weiss. Despite the two being separated for a large number of years during a war that resulted from consistent churning violence where they'd originally settled, Dominic never came to love another woman, nor did he ever cease his search to find her, having just recently discovered her once more within the past four years. He considers himself wed to her and typically refers to himself as a married man when meeting new company, although no official documentation of such presently exists.

FEATURES
EXCEPTIONAL STRENGTH AND SPEEDEasily understood; as an ancient elder, his strength and speed
are far greater than more youthful vampires and most other
creatures altogether. Dominic is specifically known to have taken
down numerous enemies in his past that easily doubled or tripled his
own weight and height, and were considered remarkably lethal to
his kind. Additionally, when using his full speed, he appears as a
mere blur which is almost completely invisible to the eyes of most.
IMMORTALITYBoth an extraordinary gift and a dreaded curse;
like other vampires, he possesses an infinite life span -- he does not age,
cannot die, and is able to shrug off virtually any and all ailments and injuries.
SUPERHUMAN ENDURANCE AND HEALINGDominic is a regenerative immortal, meaning he heals rapidly
from any form of physical injury; he can recreate lost or damaged tissues,
organs or limbs. Furthermore, because his body is constantly reverting to
it's healthiest state, he is blessed with nigh-inexhaustible stamina and vitality --
he can easily withstand stab wounds, gunshots, etc without flinching, and
is able to expel bullets or any other sort of weapon remnants without difficulty.
NATURAL WEAPONRYAn enhanced bite; his teeth are harder than steel and exceptionally powerful,
able to effortlessly tear through various sorts of flesh and crush multiple sorts of
materials, including stone. Dominic also harbors retractable claws and fangs,
as well as a prehensile tongue.
UV IMMUNITYA considerably rare trait amongst vampiric kind; he is able to withstand
exposure to direct sunlight and be active during the day without any sort
of limitations or restrictions.
ABILITIES
BLOOD SORTINGThe unique ability to communicate through blood,
organizing thoughts and memories into a single cohesive vision.
This technique may be used in two different ways -- Dominic can look into
the mind of anyindividual or creature by the means of consuming their
blood, and he may willingly visually transfer his knowledge and impressions
to another by allowing them to ingest his own. This ability is most frequently used
for relaying messages of secrecy to others that he does not wish to speak aloud,
and to confirm whether or not suspicious individuals have or have not been
actively lying to him. Interestingly enough, Dominic seems to have found
a method in concealing selective thoughts and memories from other vampires
who possess this very same particular capability.
HYPNOSISThis psionic power allows Dominic to directly influence the
minds of others to his suggestions and commands, though he does not find
himself actively using this ability often. Limitations to this include the
requirement of concentration, and that other psychic users who are capable
of creating mystic shields to their own mind (or the minds of
others) may either be highly resistant or completely immune.
HAEMOPOTENT MIMICRYThe possession of the skill to replicate others' specific
powers by the use of blood as a medium; more simply put, Dominic is
able to gain others' powers from their blood. The effect is temporary,
allowing him to harness an imitated ability for about roughly four hours.
Revitalizing is not necessary in-between the use of this skill -- Dominic
may apply it as often as he would like, although he must ingest a specific
amount of the subject's blood in order for the effect to be successful.
ILLUSION MANIPULATIONAble to create, shape and control false images,
causing targets to see, hear, touch, smell and/or taste things which
do not actually exist, or cause them to perceive things differently
from what they truly are..SHAPESHIFTINGMany amongst the vampiric kind possess bat physiology, granting them the
ability to transform into a bat, and Dominic is no exception to this. He may also disperse his
body into an entire swarm of bats, in addition to being able to take on the form of a shroud of
mist as well as that of a terrifying hulking monstrosity. There has also been speculation
suggesting he also has the capability to assume the form of a serpent and an unsightly canine.
