Chase is a dark and self-destructive character. Themes may include violence, abuse, self-harm, and potential suicide attempts. If any of these offend or bother you, I encourage you to avoid her. Not all scenes will end up as such, but she has a very short fuse, and is rather volatile in her reactions. Aggression might as well be her middle name. Alternatively, if these appeal to you, then I implore you to engage her. |
Everything changed when Chase was young. Her father became a belligerent drunk, taking his frustrations out on his daughter - all while mother kept her silence. Their reputation had to be upheld, and such being made public would only ruin that. It wasn't long before the trauma began to manifest itself in her demeanor. Emotional walls and aggressive attitude were quickly built up to shield herself from being hurt. Fighting was the start, and in time evolved into partying and drugs. Her parents eventually got frustrated with her dragging their name through the dirt, and sent her off to live with her grandfather. He gave her a support system, and they took in a little boy who would essentially become her brother. After Jackson left and her grandfather died, everything came crashing down. |

Siblings • I like the idea of Chase having a couple of siblings - probably younger than herself. The family is a basic human family, though there is nothing wrong with one of the kids being turned into something. It would be up to you on how they view Chase and her trauma - do they feel bad and guilty about what happened, or do they fall under the brainwashed children category and believe she deserved it? Do they even care? Allies • Chase holds no loyalty to anyone but herself. As the self proclaimed Queen of the Streetrats, it's fair to say that if your character knows anything about the streets, they've probably heard of Chase. She runs an NPC based gang. Even so, life in the streets is hard, and fully feasible that she would of made some allies. The homeless and the downtrodden are her people. Gotta protect what's yours. Savior • The street rat is very self destructive. Just when it seems like she's getting her shit together, she starts to instinctively fuck it up. It's a no win situation. This would be a long term role, as she will constantly have ups and downs. One I can immediately pinpoint out is that she will fall back into drugs and partying. Who will save Chase from herself? |
Bad Influences • Chase is trying to stay on the straight and narrow, but that doesn't mean that she won't easily fall off of the wagon. She's been clean for a while now, but that want and desire still remain in the back of her head. Drugs, parties, alcohol, you name it, and Chase has probably done it to excess. So the idea is open for dealer(s) and people for her to get fucked up with. It's not nearly as entertaining to watch her fall all alone. Trouble • If there's trouble or shenanigans to be had, Chase would definitely want to be there. She's a thrill seeker at heart. Petty crimes are her bread and butter - the girl essentially steals anything that isn't bolted down. She's constantly getting into fights, and pulls her knife on someone at the drop of a hat. I would also enjoy the idea of a cop keeping an eye on her, since she has a record. Danger • Unbeknownst to Chase, her father is not her birth father, and she is a cambion. However, this has laid dormant and unknown for the entirety of her life. If her mother knew, then she never bothered to say anything. At some point, something needs to legitimately put Chase into a life or death situation. This will trigger her survival instincts, essentially activating her blood line. |
