Personality -
Regal and polished, as if he had the mannerisms beaten into him. All of his people are considered 'bland' and he is much the same.
At the surface Florian is considered 'pleasant' or 'annoying' and not much else. He seems to like that he is easily dismissed or forgotten; many assume as much any way, he has never shown many emotions.. If one were to converse with him for long and crack his shell they would find he is more brilliant than he ever lets show. His mind is fast and sharp despite the cold eye he analyzes with. The rare few close ot him say he has a sense of humor, but its hard to tell with his monotone voice. Surprisingly lacks the pride one might expect of a prince.

Clothing -
Usually he wears all black, if he does have a color on, its muted and dark. Red and green are almost the only colors, but occasionally
he can be seen in orange or brown. His clothing could fit a child, but the fit and cut suggest all his wardrobe was intended for adults. All clothing is layers, often two or three shirts under his sweater or jacket to keep warm. Thus most is loose fitting, or at least not form hugging. All his pants are exclusively black, as are shoes and socks. Every shoe has either no heel, or a very slight heel so he doesnt seem like he is trying to look taller.

Religion -
Worships Lady Moon, but not the one in the sky. He claims there is another moon, but doesnt offter much explanation. Florian wonders if she is really their goddess or if Sebsise life comes from something else. Still, tradtions are followed and kept, mostly for his people. ITs considered his duty to enforce the Moons word, so he does.
He knows some aspects of the sebsise religion are true, such as the afterlife and what not, but other religions he has not seen for himself he doubts. Ghosts, undead, and all things of similar veins are doubted until seen first hand.

Skills -
Organization, mental math, memorizing and storing mass amounts of information, people management, deception. All things expected of a ruling royal, and of a spymaster. His hobby is cartography, and also annoying anyone possible. When possible he will attempt to get under peoples skin and push their anger as far as possible. On the flip side, he can swindle and sweet talk those sesceptible to it.

Languages Cont-
Native french, and sebsise sign. English, latin, italian, undercommon, btis of infernal, greek, russian and german.
All languages are easy for him to pick up, especially spoken. Written word takes slightly slower.

////////////////////// Quirks: Likes to stand too close and hover around people for fun. Will rub at wrists while distressed, or scratch near the left eye. His fingers show signs of chewing but he has only been seen picking at them while in public; sometimes sharp tools will be used to aid his picking. Fears: Photophobia/heliophobia, Iron, Fire.
