  Backstory: Signe was born from rather unsavory parents. A thief and a harlot combined under one home. She never cared much from her parents, and often spent her time away from home. The church, naturally, chose to protect her out of pity. And as a young girl, Signe naturally learned to abuse the power. Not out of malicious nature, but simply habit.
