  Name (& pronunciation): Karmen Kimblee (Pronounced as read)
  Date of Birth (& age): 31
  Place of Birth: Moros (a small tundra planet of little importance other than mining. She grew up on one of the three colonies there, often dealing with theft of property and commando squads often, as crime rises high between the three cities.)

  Species/Racial Origin: Human Biotic)
  Social Class/Community Status: Current ranking second lieutenant of the SSV Hastings (an Alliance frigate)
  Family/Friends/Pets/Etc: Her father was a former soldier in the US (Earth) , and her mother was a free-lance reporter from England. Long story short, they met through warfare, and had a pretty rushed marriage after, with both of them being fairly older to start a relationship. They moved to Moros, in attempt to get closer to Alliance operations, and had a daughter and son about 2 years after, Karmen being older by about 8 years.
  
  Physical Description
  
  Height: 6'0" ( a fairly tall female)
  Weight: 195 lbs, heavy if not for her being a soldier
  Hair: Long and straight black, down to the middle of her back and tied up almost always. Her bangs cross fully to the side, and never is it left wild.
  Eyes: Crystal blue and large, almost hollow looking, with angular brows.
  Limb Dexterity: She's thin but tall, and built with quite a bit of muscle mass. Nothing compared to the other soldiers, but she will damn well hold her own. All in all, very fit.
  Detailed Physical Description: Pale skin with dark hair and blue eyes, with very angular and raw features. Her cheeks are shallow and her eyes nearly hollow, along with her thin frame and broad shoulders, soft abs (soft as in not fully developed) and long fingertips. Her appearance is fairly European. Many people would consider her build to be that of a runner (Realistically speaking, runners need a great deal of muscle mass).
  Typical Clothing/Equipment: Karmen adorns light armor in combat, and prefers simplistic and onyx colored. On rare occasions she adorns a metallic blue light armor, BUT, it's not to be used in combat. The armor is promotional material for the Alliance and is really just worn when needed to make an appearance. Karmen does not wear this in any other situation. For casual wear, she mainly keeps her military fatigues underneath a leather jacket. Nothing special. Often when alone her outfit is a military sports bra and baggy pants, adorned with her combat boots. And finally, as for formal wear, Karmen strays closer to more Human styled clothing, with a long sleeved cocktail dress, or a dark blue dress that wraps around the neck and is cut deep in the back.
  
  Backstory:
  Karmen developed her biotics unintentionally, like many humans. There is very little Eezo on Moros, but just enough that it could affect the developing mind. Karmen developed her abilities at around 9, and her father immediately recommended Alliance training, to keep her under control. Her implant is the L2n, outfitted for most Vanguards BEFORE the side affects. Her biotics are known for causing headaches and a lack of judgment, but no major issues. After finishing her boot camp training for her biotics, she returned home to Moros to visit the family for a short three years, before officially enlisting with the Alliance and rising through the ranks. She has done little other in her life to note.
  
  Personality/Attitude:
  
  Personality: A kind but professional woman, Karmen often strikes others as the uptight and official soldier that is always wanted by the Alliance. She speaks clearly and almost monotone, and very rarely starts conversation. Despite this, Karmen is both polite and calm, and often speaks honestly and openly when asked. She possesses a dry sense of humor and a generally open mind, but also not very thoughtful. She takes her job and what she does seriously, and does her best to represent the Alliance to the fullest. Rarely does she take personal time, as Karmen has begun to realize that she has very little else in her life that provides distraction, making her work her priority. On a deeper level, Karmen is a weary and tense woman, who tries hard not to think of the mistakes she has or could make. With the way her life has turned out, she feels rather alone, but also comfortable, proud of her achievements in the Alliance. Despite her rather impressive record and approachable personality, Karmen isn't always the best friend to others. She lacks connection to people, and often abandons others in a time of need, merely because she doesn't know what to do. And while she's an excellent soldier, Karmen has little to no real drive of her own. She is often content being alone and doing nothing when off duty, and without a push in the right direction, would most likely waste her life on nothing at all. Sadly.
  Skills/Talents: Biotic individuals can knock enemies over from a distance, lift them into the air, generate gravitational vortices to tear obstacles or enemies apart, or create protective barriers. Karmen uses both Military tactics and weaponry, as well as biotics during battle. (The Vanguard Class) Her biotics mostly consist of offensive skills.
  Favourites/Likes: Karmen doesn't care for hard drinking, and definitely not dancing, and the only music she really enjoys is heavy rock and classical and many Asari musicians. She enjoys keeping up with current news, as well as celebrities that are famous in politics or military. She has a keen taste for coffee as well. Relaxing, as well as singing, is something she does often.
  Most Hated/Dislikes: She isn't into snipers or explosives, as she sees it as an almost dirty way to fight. Nor does she care for politics, but most soldiers don't. Despite being a soldier, she finds no honor in killing, so boasting is a good way to tick her off. And Finally, Karmen hates paperwork that comes with her job, but most often hates the power given to superiors. Other than that, there is nothing particularly specific that she has a distaste for.
  Goals/Ambitions: Karmen never truly had a goal in her life. Once she developed her Biotics, it seemed clear that something had to be done about them. The Alliance offered a solution, and it seemed pointless to not take the offer. Now, the Alliance is her only agenda, as it's not only a good cause, but a purpose for herself.
  Strengths: She's a model soldier when it comes to physical prowess and honor to the Alliance, and has yet to be criticised for her work. Karmen's biotics are her best skills, but she's well versed in assault rifles and pistols of the sort.
  Weaknesses: She is not meant for tech in the slightest, and has never quite been the best at crowd control situations. She occasionally finds it difficult to improvise on missions, but Karmen's biggest weakness is trusting her feelings before her orders. She's never disobeyed them, but her intuition causes enough trouble to make her second guess, and often leads to a less clean mission. To add to this, she's known for becoming snappy when the
  Fears: She fears for her brother much, as while he is an adult, Karmen doesn't see him as mature enough to be on his own. Combat has made her fear very little, but she still feels weary around Prothean technology and other ancient machinery. She prefers to distance herself from anything that isn't fully understood.
  Hobbies/Interests: Karmen is a workaholic, and therefore doesn't really have much time for her own interests. But she enjoys her work and enjoys discussing tactics and other organizations. As for activities, she enjoys many outdoor tasks such as fishing and swimming, and even just simple walks. She also has an odd interest in architectural beauty, but she mainly keeps this to herself. Mostly, she can be found simply watching the news.
  Regular Routine: Karmen's original post is in the Hastings, so she is most often found on board, or around other members of the crew when on shore leave. She has a personal office on board as a second Lieutenant, and albeit small as it is, Karmen prefers to stay inside and pick up on spare work in her free time. When on shore leave, she's often found in Flux, with a few friends, and even more often found in C-Sec, enjoying the military area.
  Philosophy of Life: She finds philosophies to be null in this day and age. Karmen mainly tries to be successful in her own field. She tries not to think any farther than this, as she's needed in the Alliance, and in the end she wants to believe its where she belongs. Such thoughts can only distract her from important work, and its too late to reevaluate her life.
  Religion/Beliefs: Karmen is an Atheist. But still a believer. She doesn't believe in a god or gods, and she doesn't believe in a code or laws that are meant to be lived by. She does, however believe that science itself if a miracle and a higher power. She prefers to not speak of Religion though, as it's not something a soldier needs on their mind.
  Fetishes/Strange Behaviors: Karmen has many odd quirks that can be both good and bad for the field. She's a very light sleeper, and is subconsciously keen on keeping things symmetrical. Her office is always neat, and rather boring. But she also puts alot of faith in her intuition, which isn't always wise as a soldier.
  Sexual Preference/Experience/Values: Karmen is bisexual, but with a limit. She prefers the Citadel races only (ex: Asari, Turian, Human) and rarely goes outside her own race for anything sexual. She had one steady relationship, but as it didn't end on the best of terms, Karmen isn't very committed to romance. That being said, as an officer, there is little to no room for relationships, and so most of her life is void of such activity. She isn't against the idea of finding someone- but with her schedule and age, she has accepted that it's unlikely to ever become.
  Education/Special Training: Karmen is a biotic, and did her own bootcamp training like most do. After her success, she followed her father into the Alliance as a soldier. She had normal schooling as well, a fairly average but well student. She tends to pick up on Turian and Salarian tactics often.
  Place/Type of Residence: Currently going ship to ship, depending on the situation. Most often, she is stationed on small colonies in order to maintain peace. Occasionally she gets high ranking missions, which cause her to be stationed with other crews, or even on her own.
  Occupation: Alliance Soldier (Vanguard)
  
  Additional Notes:
  
  Her mother (Lydia) according to most people, looked a good deal like Karmen when she was younger, but was more open and free-spirited. Her combat skills, height, and stiff personality all seem to stem from her father. (Peter)
  
  The SSV Hastings has had many seasoned soldiers on board, including Captain Anderson. She serves as the XO as well as cover fire on most missions.
  
  Karmen's first love was, Cyrian a Turian Blue-Suns mercenary, hired as a guard to one of the colonies on Moros. Their relationship was of about 2 years, before she discovered the lies. Despite his secrets, it seemed as though he did have feelings for Karmen in the end. But the relationship still came to a halt.
  
  While they were close at a young age, distance has come between Karmen and her brother (Brennen) who seemed to grow apart about the time Karmen was shipped to hone her biotic skills. It appeared when she returned home, her brother had aged greatly. He often did his own thing, away from the family. And she in turn, chose to do the same.
  
  She is commonly known to have a thing for Turians and Asari, and especially artists or musicians, oddly enough.
  
  It's said that Karmen loves to sing, and will do so any time on the ship. Provided she doesn't think anyone is listening.
  
  Karmen's biotics are combat focused, making her incredibly dangerous to her allies. It's natural to find her a good distance away from the squad.
  
  She will hum or tap her foot meticulously. A sub conscience motion.
