Evelina Winther

Born of a typical family in the small town of Sunsgard, Evelina is the first in her family to become a seasoned warrior. She looked up to her uncles and older cousins strength. Using her determination and willpower alone; Evelina spent every waking hour to train herself into becoming a seasoned warrior. Though she had help from her uncle Bard, who had fought in many wars himself.

When she was around 17, there was a sudden attack that befell the town. A couple decads of people were slaughtered by large black shadows. They left frost and chilling air in their wake.

Evelina's mother encountered one head on, life on the teetering edge, severly wounded. Evelina tried to stop the creature, but was overwhelmed by its sheer force. She laid there, helpless, watching her mother struggle. Before the final blow was struck, a stranger came to the rescue.

After the incident, Evelina was hardened. She told herself constantly that she was weak; her mother would have died if it had not been for her inexperience. Pushing herself harder was the only way forward.

About a two years later, Evelina entered into a major fighting tournament to test her strength and technique and to correct any imperfections in her fights. However, this tournament was special; the queen of the kingdom was the guest of honor. Evelina pummeled her competiton to the ground. The queen took notice of her abilities. After the tournament, she offered Evelina a job in the Royal Guardsmen. Evelina was about to refuse. But, she thought about it; working with the best in the kingdom could further improve her skills so she could protect the citizens of the kingdom was an offer she couldn't refuse.

After agreeing to the offer, Evelina started at the bottom again. Soldiers questioned and ridiculed her there. But she earned her place without any words exchanged. She just let her actions do the talking. Soon, Evelina's skills proved extraordinary, and she rose above and claimed the title of General of the Royal Guardsmen.
