This ability is subtle, and takes place over a series of days to weeks- perhaps even months given the nature of the idea.
DrawbacksAttempts to reinforce or hasten results with a stronger implant take a physical toll on Noel (Nosebleeds, intense headaches, sometimes debilitating migraines to full blown blackouts).
OOC Note:Due to interaction with a high fantasy, magic powered rift that transports individual to other worlds, and dimensions, Noel has become contaminated and thus has found her world turned upside down and unstable. She is likely to wander into multiple different realities and it has taken a mental toll on her. She will be subtle by such, but does have triggers that can be activated if done correctly.
