  A blue haired run of the mill Raiju.

• Background/History & warning

  Safa resides in the mountainous region on an extremely small island where monsters and humans live in relative peace. The residents of the region are used to seeing Safa as well as the others of her hedonistic race's antics. The residents are aware of the glowing triangular objects on their clothes indicate how charged they are. Exceedingly rarely is a Raiju spotted with the triangular objects as being dulled or grey. Safa has shocked a total of 40 monsters and 60 humans. Oddly enough most shocks at least to the monsters were by accident. Some of the accidental ones were done while she was hunting prey. Safa has suffered no repercussions for these shocks as they are sort of expected if those who have incidents with a member of her race, the Raiju.

  Those who carelessly touch A Raiju(in this case Safa) will get shocked from the electrifying current.
  
  Touching a Raiju is ill-advised especially for human females as their electrical current has the property of continuing to stay charged for a while even in the bodies of those shocked, but there is more. Human females shocked by this will be affected will become a new Raiju if they fail to abstain from pleasure until after the charge from a raiju has completely left their body.
