  A tall, slender, mostly stiff man, Doctor Price often has an almost haunted feel to him.
  
  His hair is short and unkempt. It is a rich brown with gray streaks from stress and age. He is sometimes seen wearing a small set of golden-brown bifocals. For reading? Maybe. For studying objects? Just as possible.
