Alf Ochoa

Way overdue for a profile update. In a few words, Alf is a human who fell into another world as a boy. He had to adapt to survive. It's been twenty two years and he's fumbled his way back to Earth- not by choice. He's going through a period of adjustment and barely knows what humans are. He's rude, fierce, and a little insecure. Name: Alfonso Ochoa (Alf) Height: 10' - 30' (Can change size). Age: 32 yrs. Marital Status: On hold. (Alf isn't available for romance right now). He's a Blue Bread. Where Alf is from, a Blue Bread is a type of warrior who stands up for the little guy. He's a bit of a bully, but he has a moral compass, although it sometimes doesn't make sense to everyone else. He'll throw his weight around sometimes and he can be scary, but he won't hurt things smaller than him. Beware Alf jail. Sometimes Alf loses sight of civility and 'eats' people to make a point. They'll be fine- he's all rubber and green fog inside. (If this isn't your thing, let me know and we'll distract him with something. No need to explain.) His collar makes him. Alf's six pronged collar is the source of his power. It's also nigh indestructible. A lot of love and effort went into making it, and he is deeply endeared to it. On those rare occasions when he takes it off, he becomes human again.

The human ('Small')
'Small' was born in the fictional town of Spoke, Texas. He doesn't remember the details and doesn't really care to. By seven years old he was living with his ailing grandfather on an isolated farm, and moved out to the barn of his own accord as his grandfather's Dementia progressed. He found a white cat. He named it Hood, and at nine years old he drove a police car into a lake and opened a door at the bottom to another world. As far as anyone still on Earth knows he dropped out of existence.

Mini tank.
Alf is only 5'6'' when he isn't wearing his collar, but he's as wide as a bus and could run down a jack rabbit. He always looks angry, even when he's not, and refuses to wear closed toed shoes because they hurt his feet. He's also smarter than his bigger half. Once the collar comes off, the downsides of wearing it go away and he's himself again.

Full of fog.
Because of the collar, Alf is on fire inside. Magical burn off builds up in his head and he tends to get rid of the excess by wearing a tail or hackles. It helps him keep his head clear and evens out his temper. He can will his fog into tangible shapes when it's worth it to him.

Spark Madness.
Alf uses little magic orbs called Sparks to make himself a monster. Where he's from it's expected, even socially acceptable for him to act like an asshole. Some of it is his shining personality, but Spark Madness is also to blame. It's caused by using Sparks and can make its host forgetful, impulsive and aggressive. Incidentally, it also makes great warriors.
He keeps one spark in his eye, and six more in his collar.

Partially blind.
In his early twenties Alf took a hard hit to the head and detached his retina on his left side. He still has some peripheral vision, but very little.

World's best sniffer.
He's like a hound dog, regardless of form. He can scent track with the best of them.

Sees you in the dark.
Alf's 'home' is locked in semi-perpetual night time. Part of surviving was figuring out a way to see in the dark. He's got night vision as good as any cat's.

He's a tank.
Alf is TOUGH, fireproof, and his immune system is hulkish, but he's not an immovable force. I'm not that interested in RP fights unless they're story driven, but I get that Alf is a jerkass who has it coming sometimes.

Not a big eater, ironically.
Exclusively eats a kind of magic bread (hence the name of his profession, Blue Bread). It doesn't take much. A knuckle sized serving and he's good for a while.

Hygienic!
He wears his clothes until they're falling off of him, but he's a clean dude. He may take his baths in lakes, but at least he takes them.
