  The two met when they were young. About eight, in human years. At this time, Serj was a quiet boy who kept to himself. Daron, who's name was spelled like 'Darren' at the time (but he decided to change how he spelled it when he became a 'he'), was actually a shy little girl with no friends. Since Daron was born with female genitals, his parent's thought he was a female at the time (even though he is intersexual, and technically both). He had long hair and often wore dresses. Serj also thought he was female, and definitely had a crush on her. They began talking when Serj noticed that Daron seemed lonely, and Serj was pretty lonely as well... so he went and spoke to 'her.' The ended up talking more, and became good friends. They both helped each other to become more outgoing, and enjoyed playing pranks on unsuspecting humans.
  
  Later on, maybe about 13 or 14 in human years, Daron obviously was starting to look like a guy. He hasn't developed breasts, was growing facial hair, and his upper body was more masculine. Daron started wearing more masculine clothing and cut his hair real short... and of course, Serj was quite confused as to how Daron was all of a sudden a dude, but totally still had a crush on him.
  
  Currently, the two have a house somewhere near Hollywood (because humans are very interesting creatures). They’re future plans are to eventually have a baby (which they’ve tried and tried for for a while now... but haven’t had any luck. And when they did, Daron had a miscarriage... but that didn’t stop them from trying!) and even get married.

  Later in life, Daron and Serj do manage to have a baby, a little baby girl named Aerial. After she was born, the two got completely off drugs. Daron got a job as a high school music teacher (and a pretty great one, too). Serj became a stay at home dad, and would occasionally show up during Daron's classes and just be there.
