  "Mommy?" A small voice said, trickling across the forest floor. Hopping from tree to tree a small figure danced in the very small light. "I'm not hiding anymore." It said, "You can find me easily now!" Slowly the figures voice slipped into a small sob. "Mommy!?" The shriek echoed in the air.
  
  'Don't cry...' Her momma would tell her. The small figure whipped her face and looked to the sun. 'Just relax, don't worry.' A small hum seemed to drown out the cries. The figure's eyes gleamed with sadness but had a small flicker of hope in them, slowly beginning to grow. Her hair trickled to one side and she wiped away those last tears. "I'll find you Mommy." She said confidentially. The small girl moved quickly, beginning to move once more. Her rosey red cheeks were bein kissed by the sharp winter air. Her hair flickered in the wind, her skin turning icey cold.
  
  "IVY!!!" Came a woman's voice. The little girl jumped in her skin and then sped up, quickly trying to get to her mother.
  
  "MOMMY!!" Ivy screamed. And there it was, a scream of pain echoed in the girl's ear. She ended up by the lake, not a very big on, which didn't matter. She saw the woman she called her mother, but she was laying in the water, blood pouring from her stomach. Ivy screamed and jumped down. "No no no!! Mommy no!!" Ivy screamed and there it came, her skin bubbled and she was on the floor, seizing or something.
  
  "Help!" Ivy said loudly, her skin was turning to something other than skin, her hair seemed to shorten and her eyes became like a snakes. She growled loudly and started to scream in more pain. Fur began to trickle onto her arms and legs, and every where. She grew a tail and her legs and face changed. Her ears grew bigger and then all of the sudden Ivy wasn't... Ivy anymore. She was some kind of animal. Strips lined her back and her legs. She slowly stood up and then fell back down. She growled and her eye sight was blurry.
  
  'Wh-what's going on....?' She thought, unable to speak. Slowly she moved closer to her mother, wanting to move her, to get her to talk and comfort her, but next to her mother, in the reflection of the lake was a tiger, not a huge one, but a big enough tiger to eat a rabbit. She jumped back and looked down at her hands and saw paws. She growled in fright and then she was running, just running not looking back.
