♡ Availability ♡ Varied
My online times can be very sporadic, as well as my motivation or desire to roleplay. If you're someone who prefers their roleplay partners to meet them on a specific schedule of some sort, I'm likely not the partner for you, unfortunately. I won't straight up disappear on anybody, but there are times I'm just not able to get my mind into the proper state for writing. If you can tolerate this of me then I'm sure we'll do just fine together! ♡ Partners ♡ 1-3
Most of my roleplays are solo, one on one (not including NPC characters) but I'm not opposed to group RP! I quite enjoy it from time to time but I'm easily intimidated by it and often tend to tap out around four or more players involved. Please don't take it personally if I find a way to sneak out of a roleplay that includes a bit too many characters for me to handle. ♡ Types/Styles ♡ Several
I roleplay many different ways/themes/etc. Story, continuity, adventure, romance, slice of life, etc. I find it best to talk with my partner(s) and determine what sort of thing we collectively would like to play out together, so shoot me a message if you have something in mind or would like to figure it out together! |
♡ Post Length ♡ Para+
I'm pretty flexible when it comes to this and often prefer to establish what each of us are comfortable with or prefer before getting started, but in general I tend to post at least one full paragraph at minimum, often increasing to 2-3 depending on my partner's preferences, the scene and potential for detail in said scene, etc. The only post length I am not comfortable with is very short, 1-3 sentence posts with little to nothing to respond back to with. ♡ Post Quality ♡ Advanced
Proper grammar, punctuation, and literacy are very important to me, but I'm no elitist. I make many mistakes from time to time just as any other human does, but I do have a tolerance level when it comes to how well my partner can write. If I find your post so littered with typos, lack of punctuation or a reasonable understanding of basic grammar that I struggle to make sense of it, I'm likely going to back out. I mean no offense, especially to those whose first language may not be English, but I have a hard time focusing and getting immersed after a certain point. Again though- we all make mistakes and I'm no exception to this rule. So don't let this scare you away! ♡ Post Content ♡ Details
I often run into people who either love a ton of detail or absolutely despise it, depending on the type of detail involved. While I'm not exactly the type of roleplayer who goes into great length about the color of the sky or something to that effect, I do like to detail things in my posts such as the setting (often simply to set a scene, not to revisit it 'too' often throughout a session), my character's expressions and actions and sometimes inner thoughts. I believe I touch on many details others may choose not to delve too far into, but I do so in moderation. Don't expect an entire post of inner monologue, for example. I know that without actions there can be no reactions with which to respond to. As always, if you'd rather discuss this with me prior to a roleplay, feel free! |
♡ Consent ♡ Mostly NC
I require very little in the way of consent as I find it slightly boring when it's required too often. However, if something extreme in nature is to occur that may include (but is not limited to); death, serious injury, sex, extreme gore, etc. I ask that you run it by me first and see if it's okay with me. Otherwise, I don't need consent for most things. If you feel the need to ask me anyway, that's fine too. ♡ Artwork ♡ Read More
TL:DR? If showing off your 'ref' includes something along the lines of "not my art", then you probably shouldn't be using it unless you OWN it. All too often I have people come to me with references that don't belong to them. This is not an attempt to offend or shame somebody who may not know any better, but please... please do not do this. People work hard and/or pay money to have their creations brought to life. If your answer to stealing somebody's character is that 'they would feel flattered', 'it's just art', 'they uploaded it so it's okay' then just stop there. These are all unacceptable excuses that do not justify the offense. It is theft, pure and simple. I understand that not everybody has the artistic ability to draw their own characters or have the money to commission artists, but that doesn't make theft okay. That said, if you're using stolen artwork for your character I kindly and highly urge you to do the right thing and not do it at all. Thank you for understanding. ♡ Whispers/PMs ♡ Accepted
If you would like to start a roleplay via whisper in game (Furcadia) or PM here on RPR, feel free! I simply ask that we discuss a few things before we get started, so please don't throw a post at me before we've spoken! If you do they will be ignored until we've talked these things out and decided we're both ready and willing to hop into it. Thanks! |
