STRENGTHS AND ABILITIES
uses his scythes very efficiently and make them several weapon forms, is a necromancer and is able to summon corpses to do his bidding, controls a pale green flame that drains life away from its victims (his steed's hooves burn with this same flame), has cybernetic and mechanical parts to sustain his half-alive-half-dead body and this makes it much stronger than anything only organic, can traverse both the lands of the living and the lands of the dead
WEAKNESSES
since he died his body has been suspended in a state that is neither alive or dead and must be sustained by the cybernetics and magic to function (and they're rather prone to malfunction so he's learned to fix them on his own), lacks a lot of physical "feeling" due to nerve death, is bound to both the Time Guardians and the Reapers (as he is a servant to both) and so doesn't have much free reign in his choices, his own mind and moral dilemmas are often his biggest weakness
