The Rendezvous

• "Sensual Savagry"

  Having heard tales and rumors about this feisty female, I'd ventured out of my own realm in hopes to locate and interview my subject for the scrolls. On my journey, I've been the proprietor of certain information in regards to the legendary creature and how to find her. Obtaining the whereabouts had been a bit of a challenge, but now I knew where to find her and was now moments away from meeting the creature I'd hoped to find.
  
  A dense forest and back drop of a mountainside late in the evening sets the scene for this particular rendezvous. The canopy rich and thick surrounding the area around me with many various emerald hues. Monstrous trees rooted deep into the earth sheltering the inhabitants of the woodlands within it created a perimeter of sorts around the dirt laden pathway I was currently strolling along. And a welcome sort of feeling came over me in such a vast abundance of flora and peacefulness that this scenery bestowed upon all who came to view its beauty.
  
  As I walked along further, I saw the forest break open and give way to a darker pathway up ahead. Lined with large stones and boulders on its side, it stretched up into the mountains and away from the warmth and serenity of lush vegetation. No longer covered by the canopy, the skies revealed themselves. Black as raven with stars twinkling softly in the distance. The moon high and proud, shining the way along the trail heading deeper up the mountainside.
  
  The closer I came to the source of my meeting, the more eerie and formidable my surroundings became. The air grew cool and thick, heavy and silent. No creatures or sounds to be heard except the soft rustling of the wind whipping around the large peak. I suddenly became overcome with the sense that I should turn around and flea. And as I rounded the corner, the hair's on the back of my neck stood up at attention and a sense of fear shot through my entire body like lightning.
  
  Small fissures of volcanic lava lined the footpath now. The heated magma bubbling and oozing out of them in hot steaming hisses, threatening those who came near it and issuing warning to any who traveled this way. The colossal mountain grew darker here. Almost pitch black with only the little bubbling fire's along the side's to guide the way. Even the moon was blocked by the sizable mountain and as I finally approached the foot of it's base, took a moment to clear my head and try to over come the intense trepidation I was feeling.
  
  Taking a few breaths, I reached into the pocket of my leggings and pulled out a folded slip of paper. Pulling at it's edges, the paper began to unfold but before I could even read it, the bottom of the mountain seemed to fizzle away leaving behind a cavernous opening. My eyes went wide, but I had been told of the creature I was coming to see and knew that despite the various signs of warning, they had to have known I was coming. As the opening widened, revealing a long hallway lit with torches on either side and the faint glow of flames as they bounced off the interior walls. I was overcome by this mysterious sense of welcome.
  
  A warm glow omitted light at the end of the long tunnel and at the far end, exuded warmth and comfort. The scent of honey and lavender wafted into my nostrils as I padded forward and when I finally stepped into the light, the full beauty of this lair struck me. Quaint and rustic. The room itself felt like an old cabin. Wood walls made of cut logs surrounded me and a large stone fireplace sat against the far wall. It's chimney towering over the entire expanse while it's fire below crackled and hissed. Giving a cozy yet secure feel to the place. High ceilings and a loft could be seen up above me. Encasing the room in a backwards U shape and allowing for steps to be seen coming down on wall farthest from me on the left. A large black leather couch complete with an ottaman and day bed, sat facing the towering chimney. The rich material glowing softly in the firelight while plush fur rugs of various sizes, colors, and densities, lay stretched out on the floor in front of it. Beckoning me to come indulge in their luxury.
  
  On my right, stood a large wooden desk embroidered in supple black leather and adorned with brass buttons down the sides and drawers inside it while a small ink bottle and quill sat atop. A black book, large and worn sat beside the quill and ink. It's pages tattered and showing signs of age. A language unknown to me etched into the worn binding in bright gold's, and glinting softly in the dim light of the room. Two substantial lounging chairs matching the same leather, wood, and buttons sat behind and in front of the massive secretaire. And directly in front of me on the far wall, between the desk and couches, sat another doorway. I could scarcely make out the sight of a large round bed overlaid with dark fur's of brown's and blacks draping off the edge as if they were meant to be there, and I fought to pull my eyes away from the calling vision. The entire expanse of this room and everything in it was luxurious and warm. Fascinating that such a place could be nestled in the base of an eerie mountain. It exuded familiarity and warmth and at the same time, felt oddly bewitching. As if I had been put under a spell.
  
  Feeling a sudden compulsion to take a seat, I pulled the chair in front of me out from the desk and sat down. Finding myself running my fingers along the scroll work on the binding of that black book I'd seen. It was mesmerizing and the more I touched it, the more my paw started to roam over the inscriptions of its own volition. "I wouldn't do that if I were you. Demonic spells can be quite addictive. If you know what I mean." A low, sultry voice called out to me. I immediately jerked my paw back and looked up, only to feel my jaw drop and a shock of something I can only equate to pure, carnal, pleasure go through my insides as my eyes beheld the creature I'd sought out.
  
  Standing in the doorway and leaning with her back against the door-jam, stood a short but plump female. She was about 5'4", and at least 170 lbs. But Gods those pounds were put in all the right places. Her hair was dark as ebony and cascaded down her back and shoulders like a waterfall. Large, glimmering black horns and white ears with black tribal markings sat high atop her head and gave her appearance an added hint of danger. A beaded chain with a crystal sat atop her forehead and black, circular markings dotted under her eyes and down the bridge of her muzzle. As well as the back of her neck and down the line of her spine. Her shoulders were high and broad, though still exclusively feminine. And her sleek, toned arms held markings on the upper half accentuating the muscle there that extended to her marked paws.
  
  Her onyx top trimmed in silver, little as it was, wrapped around her neck like a choker and around her back. Stopping just below the swell of her bountiful breasts and leaving her arms, back, and midriff completely exposed. Her belly, plump but toned with tribal markings along the left side of her ribs, peeked out from the bottom of her shirt and my eyes couldn't help but to follow the line of it and further. Firm and round buttocks pushed back against the door's edge and lead my eyes downwards towards her thick voluptuous hips. Breeding hips, that held up a long matching black skirt with silver trim flowed about her legs in the cool inner breeze of the mountain. A high slit on both sides revealing tantalizing thighs that begged to be fondled and long athletic legs. The muscles there flexing as she shifted from one side to the other. Showing off the power and agility in them right down to her foot paws.
  
  Curvaceous and seductive, this white fennec looked every bit the temptress I'd heard tale's of. And though her body called to my most basic of instincts, it was her eyes that held me steadfast and yet, hypnotized. Molten metal. Liquid mercury pools gazed at me like a predator would it's victim. The firelight giving them a faint glow of golds and coppers that mingled with the gentle way they swirled. My mouth dry and agape, pants tented from the sheer affect one look at her could produce , I sat there and tried to cover myself with my paws. Trying to remember what I was doing before I'd caught sight of the temptress.
  
  "W-what? " I asked, feeling like an utter idiot for finding myself completely flustered and beguiled in such company. The fennec just smirked at me and nodded her head at my pants slightly.
  
  "S'ok. I'm used to it by now. You're here for an interview. Correct. " She murmured stepping off from the door and sauntering her way around the desk. Leaning down and gathering the black book in her arms, she bent and placed it securely in what I assumed to be a hidden drawer. The movement only giving me a better glance at the ripe melons seated beneath her top and I shifted in my seat. Loosening my pants and trying to regain my composure.
  
  Finally seated comfortably, I nodded at her and smiled almost sheepishly. "Ohh yes. Right Right. The interview. " I stammered out while the seductive fennec pulled her lounger out and sat down. She leaned back in the chair, crossing her legs which gave me a full view of her right thigh once more. Bouncing her foot lightly, she chuckled at me while my eyes roamed over her full curvaceous figure and shook her head.
  "Don't you have some questions for me or something. Or are you going to spend the whole time gawking at me like an adolescent boy?" She muttered towards me. Though she seemed rather kind and flirtatious, there was a danger lurking in her eyes. Something I couldn't quite figure out.
  
  Nodding quickly I reached into the small knapsack hung over my shoulder and pulled out some papers. Sliding the shoulder strap off my shoulders and setting it down carefully on the floor, I picked the papers up and roamed over the questions briefly.
  
  "Well, how about we start with What is your name?" The Goddess narrowed her eyes on me for a moment, and I quickly felt very uncomfortable in the gaze of those quick silver pools. "You know what my name is. But for the sake of your interview. Fury Helkanni De'Lis. "
  
  "So this is quite an eerie little place. Keeping it so on purpose? " The fennec chuckled and leaned back in her chair. "It is a Goddess' right to be as deadly, reclusive, or inviting as she pleases"
  
  "Deadly to whom and inviting to whom?"
  "Deadly to those would bring me or my loved one's harm. And inviting to whom ever wishes friendly company."
  
  "Mmm. And where are you from exactly? " Her eyes grew dark and menacing for long moments, but through it there was a chilling sense of calm."I'm a Succubi Goddess. Where do you think I'm from? Hell, young one. I was raised in......Hell. " She said with a bit of annoyance and something else I couldn’t put my finger on.
  
  "Do you wish to talk about it? Your past that is? " Those mercury eyes of hers swirled and grew darker as she studied me for long moments before she spoke again. "All you need to know is I'm the daughter of a dead Demon Queen and was raised in Hell. Need I say more?" The female muttered with an increasingly aggravated tone. Talking of her past seemed to agitate the fennec, and I decided not to badger her any further in fear of the repercussions.
  
  "Alright. What are you and what is your occupation? "
  "Who am I? I'm a Daughter of Hellfire, Succubi Goddess, and Fire Bringer. My Fennec Goddess is simply the form I choose to take on any given day. As far as what I do? I do many things. Some would call me a warrior. Others a lover. Some, a seeker of knowledge. And still to others, I'm an evil demented bitch."
  
  "Pardon me for asking this. I only do it for my readers. How old are you?" The Goddess chuckled and shook her head. "Didn't your elders teach you that it's rude to ask a female her age. For the sake of your readers, lets just say that I'm almost as old as the dawn of time. "
  
  "And what are your abilities? Powers as some would call them?" I asked with a grin. Curious as to see what the fennec could actually do.
  "I have many. The ability to wield and manipulate fire, for instance. As well as telekinesis, teleportation, and some others I choose not to divulge so openly. Every ability has it's purpose and time. Not all of them are used on a daily basis. Most, are simply abilities I can utilize if and should I need them. "
  
  I nodded and looked down at my papers once more, shuffling them for more questions, shifting uneasily in my seat a moment before continuing with my queries..
  "Daughter of Hell, y'say~ Quite a journey between that and "The fennec Goddess", no? Do elaborate~ "
  
  The fennec leaned forward, and spoke. Her voice alluring and hinting something dangerous.
  ”I can be your most erotic fantasy, or your worst nightmare. I am both the Daughter of Hell, born of the "Dark One's" own blood. AND, a kind Fennec Goddess who wishes to be left alone and at peace. It depends on what you do that determines which side you get.”
  
  Is there anything in particular that incites your "Daughter of Hell" side?" She narrowed her eyes on me then, but smiled soon afterwards and nodded.
  "Hmm. Don't hurt or disrespect the people I love. Don't bring stupidity and idiocy to my door or it will get slammed in your face. And DO NOT take my kindness for weakness. I am kind and gentle to those who deserve and earn it. But cross me or the one's I care about and I'll bring down a wrath the likes of which you've never even heard of." The Goddess stated with conviction. Her silver eyes regarding me steadily.
  
  "Do you hold a tally, perhaps, how many penitents earned one side or the other?" I asked. Testing her however unwisely. The Goddess simply chuckled and arched a brow at me.
  "Do I look like I have the time or patience to count the number of creatures or times someone has riled my anger? Those who give respect will get it. Those who don't. Well, there's not many of them alive." She gave me a wicked smile then, her eyes roaming over me in that predatory stare she'd given me earlier.
  
  "Uh, I'll refrain from testing your patience then. So, what is it you do to pass the time? " She shrugged and smiled, sitting back to uncross, and re-cross her toned legs once more. "Most of my time is spent with my mate and our friends. Though I still travel to distant realms now and again in our adventures. We help those who need it, and find many friends along the way. As well as some enemies. "
  
  "Mated, ehh? And just who might this mate be?" I asked. Curious as to whom would've been able to catch this seductive creature's eye. "I believe you've heard of him. A time traveling shape-shifter with glowing gold eyes and blonde hair." She commented with a loving smile. As if mere thoughts of him made her happy. My eyes grew wide as she described exactly who it was and I gazed at her in shock for a moment before gathering my thoughts again.
  
  "Aye. I've heard of him. And that must mean you know the Kitsune and Jackal as well." The fennec nodded slightly. Shifting in her seat and winding her finger around a lock of her ebony hair. "Aye I know them. Good friends of mine actually. Family. " She muttered with a gentle smile.
  
  " Last query. If I happen to find someone who would like to ask a question, how do they reach you?" The fennec turned and nodded towards the flames dancing in the fireplace. Then back at me with a wild grin.
  "If anyone you come across should wish to ask me anything. Tell them to write it down on a slip of paper, and toss it into a fire. The flames will show me the query and I will respond in kind. "
  I nodded and smiled, jotting the information down on my papers and notes and looking back up at her once more. "Thank you kindly for letting me visit uh....Fury. It truly was a pleasure. " I murmured with a smile, my eyes roaming over her body again as if I had no control over myself at the time.. The Goddess just nodded and smiled back for a moment.
  
  "Your welcome, hun. And I believe the next creature on your journey has already been informed of your arrival. " She muttered with a smirk. I gawked in surprise at the knowledge that my next venture was already here. " Your cousin? He's here?" She simply grinned and nodded towards the door leading to her bedroom.. " He's waiting for you in his room. "
  
  She murmured bending down and opening one of the drawers of her desk. She pulled out several pieces of paper and set them neatly on the desk, then reached for the quill and dipped it in the ink bottle. Pausing for a moment, she looked up at me once more "Second door on your right. And I warn you. He's in a foul mood because I summoned him here. So try not to aggravate him further. " The fennec stated matter of factly. A hint of humor in her tone.
  
  The Goddess watched me for a moment before turning her attention to the papers in front of her. Dipping her quill once more, she resumed writing. And as I got up to make my way to the room she'd informed me of, I wondered just what kind of monster I would be meeting. Surely her cousin couldn't be that bad. Could he?
