Are people able to see if you decline a friend request, or character request? I want to decline a few I have received, but don't want them alerted to it. Also, are they alerted, when I 'unfriend' them?
No, they won't be alerted in either case. They might know it was declined if they check and realize it wasn't accepted but also isn't pending, but that's about it I think.
